About
Arizona Traditions Golf Club offers a parkland style golf course that has panoramic views of the White Tank Mountains. An enhancement project for the course in 1998 put in an abundance of trees, shrubs, and flowers on the course. Although it has a short layout, the golf course is quite challenging with difficult sloped greens and rolling fairways lined with forestry. Rolling hills, extensive greenside and fairway mounding, and water hazards provide an interesting game. Five sets of tee boxes ensure that golfers of all skill levels can enjoy the course. Arizona Traditions Golf Club also has a driving range, chipping area, and putting green for golfers to use.

How dry I am!
Love Traditions, its in rough shape though! Tee boxes are in bad shape, greens are dead fairways FAGEDABOUT IT!
Greens
This is my favorite course. I love all the pine trees so it doesn’t feel like I’m in the desert. Our tee time was 5:32am. The only thing that wasn’t excellent were the greens. Who ever had just “manicured” them did a terrible job. Especially by the cups. There were grass clippings piled and gouges in the surface. On each and every hole mind you. Other than that, the fairways and roughs were wonderful. Staff was great. I’m retired from the USAF and I wish they had a Military discount but they do not. However I still love this course.

Thursday’s Round
Had the course to myself for about 9 hole, before I caught up with twosome in carts ahead of me, and I was playing as a single..
Played in 3 hours, greens are fast and undulating, very challenging! Several holes had Sunday pin placements, extra difficult to get close or 2 putt.
One birdie, one double bogey, shot an 81 with 31 putts.
Decent round for me.

Heat is taking a hold of the course and is growing brown spots fair conditions
Great people
Had a great experience playing course was beautiful for summer conditions the staff were super friendly and helpful only suggestion is at some places at the course it can get a little confusing on cart path on next hole location especially when there are 2 different breaks in the cart path but other than that we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Staff on site are amazing. Clean course, no issues to mention. All in all, a good day, except for my own play. :)
Needs some love
I have played at Traditions several times and I was surprised how poor the course was holding up. It might be due to the transition to hot weather. The greens were fine, a bit slow for me, but they looked good. The Tee Boxes were terrible, dead grass, dirt, lumpy, and really beat up. The fairways were thin, but you could find grass pretty close to where the ball stopped.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Pro-shop, cart, and starter, all very professional and engaging. My wife and I felt very welcomed.

Play here often, fun course. Carl the starter is a great guy, always have fun there. Refreshment cart is non existent, bring your own, wink wink, they dint care
Traditions is always a great track
Each time my group has played here we’ve enjoyed it. The staff is so friendly! Ana the burgers are pretty darn good hot off the grill. You won’t be disappointed with a round here.
Greens are good
The course is not as good as some others around but the greens are good.
Great course, slow play.
I was a single following numerous foursomes. This is not the fault of the course or staff. I enjoyed taking my time.
