About
Arizona Traditions Golf Club offers a parkland style golf course that has panoramic views of the White Tank Mountains. An enhancement project for the course in 1998 put in an abundance of trees, shrubs, and flowers on the course. Although it has a short layout, the golf course is quite challenging with difficult sloped greens and rolling fairways lined with forestry. Rolling hills, extensive greenside and fairway mounding, and water hazards provide an interesting game. Five sets of tee boxes ensure that golfers of all skill levels can enjoy the course. Arizona Traditions Golf Club also has a driving range, chipping area, and putting green for golfers to use.

Traditions in the Fall
Played here many times. Always in great shape. ( Ranger needs to chat with those that explore every inch of the fairways)
Slipping
We have played this course many times over the years. The staff is always friendly and the course is usually quite good. This time we weee a bit disappointed. We were looking forward to a great round but found the course conditions very average especially for the money. We play in AZ lots over the winter and it seems like maybe the course greens keepers are just too busy. Or the course is being over played. The pace was slow greens were fast.
Good challenge
I like this course. Puts a premium on your approach shots. Greens are challenging, never just a straight putt.
My daughter and I played an Easter Day round
Afternoon round was at our pace. Greens were in great shape as well as the tee boxes. Rough was rough but what are you gonna do….. Great round for the money and the staff is awesome.
Traditions before Easter
First. Was a slow round. Starter waited until previous 4some CLEARED the green. Not many are hitting 350 on 1
Second, we were stopped by same Ranger that watched us tee off (4some) and asked to see our receipt and happened TWICE!
Said front desk messed up.
I used to work at a golf course and I think your gate idea is ruining the fairway
Rental clubs terrible
Pace of play was terrible and rental clubs horrific. Course had potential and greens were decent but the other things really hurt the value
Balls everywhere
Tee boxes bumpy, slow play, poorly marshaled, sunflower seeds on greens, tight lies, greens good, too expensive.
Az Traditions
Nice course at a reasonable price.
In very nice shape,course was busy but pace of play was good at 4 hours.
Not long in length but challenging as trees and undulating greens are tough to score on.
Pin placement
Pin placement too difficult on most holes. Placement put on slopes which made it almost impossible to sink a putt.
Great time
First time I played this course and really enjoyed it. The greens were fast and I don’t think I had a straight putt on any of the 18 holes. Definitely going to play this course again.
Constantly being hit into!
My title to this review says it all! Total time for our round was 3hrs 40 minutes!! No marshals in sight and a*#holes behind us. Nope, we won’t be back!
A Fun Course…
I always have fun on this course. The staff is friendly. Prices to play are very reasonable in Winter/Spring in Arizona, but my ONLY complaint is the pace of play. The tee times are rarely started on time and this round took 2 hrs. and 45 mins. to play 9 holes… that should never happen. I know they’re aware of the problem and are working on it. Once the majority of the “Snow Birders” return home, it will be fine, but I just wish it wasn’t so slow in the Winter/Spring.
