About
The North Course is one of two courses at Granite Falls Golf Club, the other naturally being the South Course. The North Course was built on a rolling, hilly terrain with stately trees and abundant shrubbery. Although the fairways are quite generous, they are undulating and surrounded by sand traps. There is also extensive mounding and bunkering, both grass and sand, to provide more challenge. Water hazards come into play on 10 holes. Many holes have beautiful mountain backdrops, creating a scenic environment for the game. The course has four sets of tees, making it accessible to all skill levels. Granite Falls Golf Club, in addition to the two golf courses, also features a grass driving range with target areas, two putting greens, and a short game area with a practice bunker.

Average course
No beverage cart or anything at the turn to get something to drink or eat, super hot and nothing to get something to drink.
North Course
North Course is a small distance from Clubhouse and should have some sort of food/snacks/drinks available at the turn since there is no food/beverage cart. Other than that the course is very enjoyable, well laid out, mixture of long & short distances and undulating greens that require a golfer to think through club selection and placement.
Fast greens
Greens were too fast to hold many shots. Lots of dark spots where grass was to short, otherwise course and facilities top notch.
North course is awesome
Played the North course. If the other three courses are this good I would buy a house here. Worth playing.
Good course, good layout,
Fun course, nice layout, played 18 on a Sunday morning under 4 hours. Greens are really good, fairways in nice shape
Granite falls north
Had played the south course, today was the 1st time on north. Course was in great shape. Only blemish was no one repairing ball marks on par 3’s. It was a minefield, but it looked to only be at the flag location they were set at. Keep in mind on north you have no snack bar/resturant. You have to go back to the south course where you grabbed your cart. Other than that It was a steal at $109.
A must play course
Either North or South tracks are a definite play in Surprise

Great day out with my boys
My boys and I decided to get out for 18 holes last minute. Found this course on Golf now. Looked nice and the reviews were good (except one person complaining about the staff). From start to finish, it was an amazing day. We tee’d off on time, if not early. The course (tee to green) was in great shape. We finished the front 9 in an hour and 45 minutes. Foursome in front of us but everyone was keeping pace. Only thing I would note was that there was no cart girl or refreshments at the turn but oh well. Will take a 4 hour round on a great course with my kids any day.
Everything was excellent…. Except for the ranger
Awesome course. Challenging but fair, & always well maintained. Clean bathrooms (3 of them) & 2 ice machines with filtered water. Excellent practice greens & driving range. All the staff are pleasant except for 1…. Big…. Fat…. ranger. He acts like he owns the course. Always has smart *** remarks. Always trying to rush you off the course if you’re not a member. Just an all around pain in the ***! Get rid of that guy & the course would be absolutely perfect. But with him there, it always makes me second guess whether I should spend my hard earned money there. Just my 2 cents.
Fairways and rude staff
Fairways need to be cut to a playable height. Ruins your round when every fairway you hit is like playing from the rough. Can't get spin on any 2nd shot. Staff here has issues with outside play. Everytime I have played here in the last 10 years I have been treated like I'm low class and I'm not worthy of playing here. Not welcoming at all.
Excellent Condition
This course was in excellent condition and a lot of fun to play. 1st time I've played but I will return for another round.
Wish I knew that desert springs and cimarron were also open
Course was immaculate as usual greens rolled true sans in the bunkers ice machines and water machines were great best golf courses for the price in the West valley
