Best course we played so far

This was great. Staff very friendly. Included coupon for lunch(we got blt, hot dog, chips and sodas at the turn; very good). Ice in the cooler with 2 bottled waters.

6 sets of tees. Course conditions very good. Sand in bunkers very good(plenty of experience there.),

Fair/challenging layout. Seemed well established with no new construction going on.

Good pace of play.

No rangers in afternoon

The pace in the afternoon was sooo slow. We gave up after 14 holes and 4 hours. Never tee off after noon if you can help it. If nine holes is all you want wait till 3:00

GOOD TIME

This was the first time I have played this course. The wind was the biggest challenge today. It added two clubs to all irons. The fairways were in good shape, The greens looked real healthy. I will say that the greens were hard. Amazing considering the amount of rain we have had. Good course overall and would play it again.

COMEBACK COURSE

Legacy is getting back to where it once was. The fairways are much improved. Bunker sand is excellent white powder, Greens are in great shape but still not as slick as hey could be, but that would make the course extremely difficult. No long carries even from the back tees but lots of risk reward holes including two split fairways, Waste bunkers help pace of play

Friendly employees from start to finish. I'm pretty critical and usually can find something that could help a course improve. But I can't think of anything . Just a thought for those of us that use golfnow. The course makes nothing from our bookings. If you like the service tip one of the employees. The other day I tipped the woman when I checked in. She said no one had ever tipped her. It made her day!
