Legacy Golf Club

After voicing the importance of pace of play, we saw a ranger after the first hole and not again for the almost 5 hours we were on the course. We also should have been warned about the condition of the greens...they are clearly about to be redone but it would have been nice to know that before we teed off. Fairways were in good shape and pretty interesting...housing is a little close.

I had read reviews prior to playing and the most consistent complaints were for pace of play. I experienced the same long waiting for what was a 5 hour round. The course was in good condition and the price value was excellent. Hopefully they can address the pace of play issue.

What a wonderful experience from the time we dropped our clubs at the bag drop to loading up to leave. Golf course was in excellent condition, staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Green fees included breakfast, lunch and a beer. Highly recommend.

Last played 3 years ago. Found in excellent condition throughout. Plenty of water and waste bunkers in this Arnold Palmer layout. Pace of play only issue which in my opinion is due to difficulty of the back nine opening holes which led to a 2 hour 40 minute 9 versus a OK 2 hour 10 minute front 9. Worth playing again but if it looks busy don't expect a 4 hour round.

Excellent greens, smooth fairways, tough playing because of wind, but overall a great day. Had a foursome, 2 newbee’s, and both (all) loved it. Will be back next trip south!!!

I haven't played Legacy in a while and the course was in much better shape. A couple of the greens had issues. Great deal for FL resident and having lunch included after was a bonus. Will definitely be back

Starter suggested # 5 tee box and he probably was correct. Very windy, water and sand to keep you honest. I played extremely well (83) with a double on the 18th. Other friends not so good. Would love to come back and give it another try. ONLY negative, in some places hard to figure where the next tee box was located. Should have alittle more direction.

I play this course fairly regularly over the Christmas and Spring Break holidays. Over the past 4 months, the course conditions have gradually improved to the point where now it's pretty good. The tee boxes and fairways are really nice. The greens are good with some spotty areas and now at least roll around a 10. I'll be back for sure.

Good course except the Greens.They have to be redone.

Nice weather, and nice partners, but SLOW. The round took nearly 5 hours. I'm surprised that they don't provide course books, or GPS systems -- it seems that at one time, they provided both.

This was a ridiculously low price to play a course like this. Super course, super layout, super value. Difficult, and even more so with a three club (yes, three club!!!) wind. The cart guys and starter were very friendly, the lady in the pro shop: not so much. Our playing partner (who also booked through GolfNow) was offered two complimentary beers upon registering. We received no such offer five minutes earlier. But oh well. The golf course was in beautiful condition. If I was going to be critical, some of the bunkers were not well raked (wet) but that's all I've got for criticism. Really tough but fair layout. I would play this course again for four or five times the money.

Busy time of year,7 minute tee intervals and not a Marshal in sight. Waited on every tee.

2 hours 40 minutes for 9 holes and then I quit in frustration

Employ Marshals or increase the tee time interval

1st time back in 4 years because of conditions before course in very good condition considering lack of rain forgot what a nice layout w several nice overall holes especially two holes out by condos will be back free lunch and 2 beers does not hurt either

Had a 2:30 tee time and didn't tee off until at least 3pm and then waited on every shot with 2 groups on a tee a few times. Therefore we played 15 & 1/2 of 16 in the dark & lost balls on 16 due to darkness. When we got in the cart man, even though he still had 12-15 carts to put away chastised us for coming in so late.

If we weren't 1/2 hour delayed on tee time and waiting on every shot we would have been in in plenty of time.

Course in pretty good shape and fairly good test of golf. Numerous water holes and tight shots, especially on the back side.

I have played this course on numerous occasions however the round I played March 1st was very dissappointing. The pace of play was totally unacceptable almost 5 hours. Some of the greens are in very poor shape and require a lot of work.

I will say however that the staff was very accompanying from the young man at the bag drop, the lady at the desk and even though your Restraunt was closed the young lady stopped her closing duties to accommodate us with our free beer.

They are great assets to your course.

The weather was perfect. Pace was a little slow but not terrible. Course condition was excellent. Greens were impeccable and Quick.
