Legacy Golf Club

All holes are unique and the new greens look great and are rolling true. They will awesome when they come all the way in and get a little faster. 1st 4 holes on the back 9 are as tough a challenge as anyone can want. Lots of great birdie chances too. Saw alligators and bald eagles. Staff was super friendly! I will be back soon

I have played Legacy many times. The layout is one of my favorites in Florida. Plenty of challenging holes, with some definite scoring opportunities. Pace of play was great for this time of year, right at 4 hours! This course will be Awesome very soon. They just replaced all 18 greens this summer. They are already in good shape and once they are all they way in, they will as good as any in the area. They rolled very true and look beautiful. Lots of wildlife too...looking forward to playing this course alot this year!!

Great layout, nice greens. Lots of water so bring extra balls. Played in 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Bottleneck of players on hole 12. Was told this is common. Nice course overall. Would play again.

Recently top dressed and carrying out some bunker maintenance .. still worth a visit .. guess it will be great by November !

I’ll leave a more in depth review in a couple months when the greens have fully grown in, but the renovations look awesome! This course used to be such a jewel but had fallen into disrepair. So glad to see the owners put the $ into the course to bring it back. If you have been wondering if it’s worth coming back to play, I can definitely say it is. Greens are still slightly sandy, but it had only been reopened 5 days days when I played, so in a month they will be excellent. Tee boxes look great, fairways in great shape, all 18 greens have been dug up and completely redone, and the sand is being replaced in most of the traps (many are already done and are top notch). So good to see this course being put back to great condition. The back 9 is probably my favorite layout in the area and it’s a pleasure to play it with good greens. Clubhouse was also renovated. Kudos to the owners. Local folks, you need to come out and support the course now. The condition merits it and this way they keep the updates going.

I played this course with a bounce back coupon of $30.00-it included, menu breakfast, menu lunch and a beer. Range balls are complimentary, the conditions were excellent and Cindy is fabulous. The greens were true and the pace was excellent. I highly recommend this course, call for the specials.

I took advantage of a great Hot Deal. Even though the weather was cloudy with occasional rain it did not have a bearing on the course conditions. The course was in very bad shape. The layout is good but the sand traps, and there are numerous, all needed to have their sand replenished. The greens also need to be redone. Many bare spots. People do not fix ball marks. There seems to be an issue with birds that are digging up the fairways.

Waterlefe is one of my favorite course in this area.

Course was is in much better shape than last year. Greens were well groomed. Slower than most but but better shape than previous year. Pace of play was excellent along with the value. Love the free lunch and drink included Staff was very accommodating and attentive. The conditions from previous year definitely helped the experience. The course layout very fair with a few challenging tee shots and approaches. Good value for the money

There were a couple of spotty greens and all were a little slower than I prefer. However, all in all the tees, fairways and greens were green. Definitely a course worth checking out.

Course was in great shape. Would be excellent if they addressed the hard bunkers.

Legacy is a great layout and always a pleasure to play.. Overall the course was in very good shape except some of the greens had been damaged by the greens keeping staff with oil or fluids dripping from its machines? How no one notices this after the first sighting while operating the equipment is hard to fathom, however it didn't interfere with putting.. It just takes away from a wonderful course We caught a great deal from Golf Now which made our day even better....Never pass up the chance to play Legacy Golf Club..
