Peridia Golf & Country Club
About
Peridia Golf & Country Club in Bradenton is a player-friendly, 18-hole, par-60 course. It's gentle enough for beginners and even juniors at 3,344 yards from the back tees. The course sprawls across gently rolling terrain. The elevation changes are subtle but they can be tricky. There are trees along the fairways and water comes into play on a few holes. You'll also find a few strategically placed bunkers along the greens but there's nothing overly difficult. Peridia Golf & C.C. finishes with its longest hole, a 323-yard, par 4. There are out-of-bounds along the left and a large lake along the entire right side. This tricky hole also has a sand trap to the left of the fairway and two more on either side of the green. It's tough, but with a good drive you'll be able to hit a short iron onto the green.

The starter ruined the entire round
The worst golfing experience I have ever had in my life, and I have had a lot! I didn't catch his name, but the starter with the handlebar mustache was the rudest, most unprofessional golf employee I have ever encountered. It was on a Saturday morning.
Will not return and will tell all of my golfing friends in the Bradenton area to stay away!
Nice little place
Nice course. Greens and fairway in great shape. Obviously a little short only 3500 yards but good course to work on irons. Will be back. Fun setup
Excellent Golf Course
I have played it many times. Always in excellent condition. Very friendly staff. It is shorter than most area courses. Great for improving iron shots. It is my favorite coarse in the area.
Secret Gem
Middle of august.. and the course was in absolute great condition. Will definitely be back
Fair play
course is pretty good shape. Greens were a little bumpy: I guess from aerating earlier sometime. Fairways in good shape. Outside of those little things the course is in pretty good shape
Great course for older adults, not too challenging but with enough variables to hold your interestr
Excellent course will play it again.
Only complaint was that the lunch staff recommended we get tickets for free refreshments, but the golf staff refused to give them to us because we booked on-line. We felt that we drove nearly an hour to get there and should have the same incentive as local folk.
Tuff course
Bring lots of balls if you spray the ball around. Difficult course but very challenging…several holes that have carrries but over a great layout!
Senior
Course is in excellent condition and the Ice and water stations around the course is awesome being summer.
Fun Short Course
The fairways are in decent shape for Florida summer time. Good course to play in the heat because of the short par 3 and 4 holes. You can finish fairly quick. The only problem was some groups in front of us that had no intention of keeping the game moving.
Great course for starters
I’m new to the game and the course is forgiving to new players! Greta place to learn and practice
A little disappointed
Was disappointed that greens were still recovering from aeration and it wasn’t noted on the listing. We would have played somewhere else had we seen it. This coupled with discount codes that didn’t work was a disappointment.
All except the greens
Great layout to work on your irons
Course was in good condition tee to green except the greens which were recently punched and top dressed
Some greens were like putting on Lido at low tide
Would wait a week or so before I go back
Sandy greens
The course was in repair for the summer. The greens were sandy. But overall it was a nice day and didnt do bad despite the course conditions. Enjoyed it
Nice Executive Course
Staff was really friendly and very helpful. (Actually better than most courses I’ve played at in my 20 yrs). Really disappointed that the kitchen was closed on a Saturday afternoon and that the greens that were being aerated had an excess of sand on them. Only the last few greens were putt-able. The fairways were excellent though. Would be a 5 star Exec course once the greens clear up. Recommend call ahead.
Like playing in a litter box!
No way this course should be open to the public in its present condition! Greens looking more like sand traps! I will be contacting Golf Now in hopes for a refund. I get it for residents seeing they pay yearly but don’t open the course to the public in these conditions and ask full pop for a round!
