The Club at Pelican Bay - South Course

The overal condition of teeboxes, bunkers, greens, buildings and connecting bridges are in poor condition and do need attention soon.

Now, I'm not a consistent golfer, literally in both instances. But I had to review this course- First off, there isn't a driving range (there is one at the North course about 3mi away). There is only one guy working who was very nice and accommodating, but very busy. There's no beverage service which a nice cooler could fix. The course was in terrible shape! Dead patches on the greens, fairways were littered with over growth patches. My game is bad enough, I don't want the course to contribute. I won't return there until they get it in better shape.

You get what you pay for and this holds true with this course. The layout is good but the condition of the course was poor. Back in the day, it was probably pretty nice and could be again with some $$. If you are looking for a course to kill some time, try this one. It won't cost you much.

The course for the most part in really good shape some of the greens had some rough brown spots and could use some work

Course a bit dry, winter conditions. Good average golf course.

Friendly helpful staff. Relatively low cost but high cost for value. Not worth it. Teeing grounds are beaten up, greens red grass in some areas, fairways are poor. Needs a lot of grass seed. No practice area. Did not go to restaurant. Pass it by. It's a well designed course, tight, rewards good shots but just in the process of going to the bottom.

Should be and with work would be much better

Had to wait 20 min to get a cart. Ten plus carts sitting in garage they said were broken. Course condition was poor. Dry, hard, little grass in many fairways. Greens had patches of dry dirt and we're rough. Wouldn't consider this course for other than a practice round for some swings.

Course allowed a group older group of golfers (5 some) in front of us which were walking and definitely slowed play. Some of the greens were in ok condition but several were in very bad condition with large patches of sand. If you are looking for a very cheap first round of the year course this would be ok. Won't suggest the course for any serious golfers or those looking for a quality course.

Not bad for price. I usually play at least once a month. Green's were much better but really fast. I joined a pair and pace was pretty good. Rough is really thick also. Overall not a bad course.

Staff very nice course a disaster

Fairways in good condition, rough was a little high made finding balls difficult at times, greens on front slow and a little rough in areas back was a little better.

Overall I thought a good place to play for price
