Windsor Parke Golf Club

i like the layout of this course and usually enjoy playing. The greens are horrific - must have a disease on them. worst I have ever seen, not fun to play on

Windsor Parke is a very nice local course in very good condition with a friendly staff. I have played here multiple times and it is very consistent.

Have golfed here several times . . . course always in good condition even during the "dog days" of summer. Very good local course.

Some of the greens have patches of hard-pack sand, making it impossible to have a consistent round.

The on-course bathroom facilities are quite dirty and need some attention.

Got a hot deal for $28 on a Friday at 11...which seemed like a steal. When I got there I understood why. If you have to play from the white tees, forget it, the white tee boxes are chewed up beyond belief. (the blues weren't bad). Lots of water on the course, and a nice layout, the fairways were just really dry and sandy, and the greens were extremely slow, un-true, and some badly diseased and spotty.
Oh well, good thing theres hundreds of courses in Jax!

We have not played this course for many years. We decided to play there last week and encountered the same old crisis. The greens are in poor condition and the Staff? I get the feeling that people behind the counter in the Golf Shop think that we should pay them directly not just for service but for the attitude. I have better results playing at Country Club courses then here.

The fairways are in great shape but most of the greens have a fungus and are damaged, Had to wait on every shot. Need a marshalsto keep things moving. Until they get the greens fixed I do not recommend this course.

We enjoyed playing Windsor Parke. It is a nice tract of land and has some nice views. The greens need some work... not anywhere near as bad as Ponte Vedra Country Club, but some rough spots and lots of sand. The fairways are in pretty good shape, but there were a couple of areas that were being worked on. The staff was efficient and courteous. We are paired with two older gentlemen who, for the most part were fine to play with... but on the back nine they started fishing" for golf balls in the water. This really slowed play down and after calling them on it a couple of times, we just played on without them. It was really kind of annoying. The pace of play was a little slower than average, but not as bad as some courses. All in all an enjoyable experience. I'd play here again and would recommend it.

Great day on the course. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The course was in great shape. There were 2 greens that the club is working to get back into great shape all others rolled nicely.

I've played here many times but this last time was a huge shock. Many of the greens on the front 9 were in very rough shape. The tee times need to be a little more spaced out, was constantly waiting on players in front of us. Couldn't play through because there was a group in front of them as well as a group in front of that group. In the past they would stagger the start times to where one group started on hole 1, then the next group would start on hole 10. This worked out well in my opinion. Hopefully they fix these issues, the course is nice to play.

Course not in the best of shape, however we enjoyed the day!

The course overall was in good condition. The greens were sandy from the aeration that took place earlier in the week. I hope the greens hold-up because there were some rough spots on some them. The fairways were in execellent condition.

Greens recently aerated and lots of dead patches on most greens. There should have been a discount on green fees, $45 was too high!

The thing that was disappointing was that the greens were in terrible shape. You didn't have a clue where your ball was going to end up. It appears that they had just aeriated and sanded the greens, but the problem was there way befor this occurred. Still, the layout it's good and the course is challenging. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I would hope they would address the problem with the greens. The fairways were ok. A lot of divots that golfers didn't repair. Tee boxes need some help as well. Yes, I would give it a shot again in the future, but I'm going to give them a little time to get the greens in shape.

Greens were not in good shape. Its only May. The rest of the summer will not be good for these greens. Terrible. Played behind 2 newbies and pace of play was terrible. We made the turn and were able to pass them, they stopped in the grill. We're on the 10th tee ball tee'd up ready to shoot and they jump back infront of us. The starter and ranger saw nothing wrong with this and explained that it's a holiday weekend. Expect a little slower pace. It was extremely Hot out and cart girls were sold out of the beverage we were drinking. We saw the cart girl on 1, 9, 10 the 3 holes we dont wish to see them. The bag boys dont help u from your car. And when putting clubs in your pickup will slamm your clubheads into your tailgate. Just overall miserable round at Windsor. Save your $$ play Ponte Vedra Golf and Country Club for $30 and under. Better shape

Greens are in poor shape. It was like putting on a bumpy road. They have tried to fill in with sand butit ddidn't help. Fairways are decent. The driving range tee area is like hitting from a sand trap. Not worth the price at $40.

This is a good track with good practice facilities. There were a couple greens in bad shape this time but they'll get that turned around.

Light sand was actually medium. Greens need a lot of love...9 hole rate is $35? Someone is very proud of this course.

The course itself was in pretty good shape, but 90% of the greens where horrible.

The layout is pressure. The grass is on good shape. Bunkers are good. Play took 5 hours. Good access and condition of bathrooms on course. Great value.
