About
Palmetto Golf Course gets its name from the beautiful palmetto trees that line the fairways and meandering waterways. Although they add to the scenery, the trees double as a challenging element of the course since they can also affect shots. The golf course was designed by Dick Wilson, who has designed many other courses in the area. Water hazards come into play on 10 holes of the course, including the notable signature hole, which a 435-yard par-4. There are also sand bunkers strategically placed throughout. The Palmetto Golf Course facility boasts lighted practice facilities, including a practice putting green and driving range.

New course
My first time on the redone course. Greens are firm and roll nice. Fairways are good. Look forward to coming back to miami to play this course again
Solid budget friendly option!
Enjoyed myself out here! Was looking for a good, budget friendly option in the area on a nice day, and this worked great. Range, restaurant, fairly challenging but fair layout. A good alternative to some of the obscenely expensive courses in the area. I'd come back again.
Affordable, Fun Course
Had a great experience playing yesterday. The layout is kind of bizarre and the condition of the course was not great, but for the price, it was perfect.
Did not get monies worth
Booked thru golf now. 10:50 tee time. Upon arrival, told we had to finish by 2:00. We were able to start early, but course was full and we waited every hole. Ended up playing about 14 holes by skipping some, and playing thru larger groups.
We got screwed
We booked on line with Golf Now and fortunately arrived early. Had a 10:50. Upon arrival we were told that we could not play 18 hole’s because the course closed at 2:00. Because it was a holiday. No refund or rain check. We managed 14 holes by starting early and being able to play thru a group of 8.
