About
The Country Club of Mount Dora is a semi-private club located 35 miles northwest of downtown Orlando in the hills of Lake County. The course was built by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton design and opened in 1991 and features water on 16 of 18 holes, as well as raised greens and bunkers. The course is set on mature landscape and affords views of the nearby horse farms and lakes. The par-72 course features bermuda grass tees and greens, plus three tee boxes to choose from. The country club is also home to a clubhouse, swimming pool and four tennis courts onsite.

worth the drive
course in good shape, great track. Halfway House attendant had terrible customer skills...ignored me at the window while she did her paperwork, had to tell her 2x what I wanted, very poor.

Hidden Gem
Course was in great condition. It is a solid layout with 3 strong starting holes and 3 strong finishing holes. We play here once a month and always enjoy ourselves. Great value.

Course in good condition greens above average.
No sand in traps.
Pace of play could have been faster but no ranger to speed slow players up. Took 4:45 to play.

Tough track made more challenging by very windy conditions. Grrens qiuck and true. Course in great shape. Bring your A game if you want to challenge CCMD.

Not a long course, but it's no pushover either. Conditions are always great. Greens are above average.

Great Course
Challenging course that fun to play. From the tee boxes to great fairways to quick true greens, everything was in great shape.
Have played here many times and it's always in great shape.
It's a bit of a drive, but well worth the effort.

Playing Mount Dora cty club
Love the course great lay out, Some tee box areas need some help. 95% of the greens in good shape fairways ok. Overall fun course to play.
