Great Course, Better Value
Course was in excellent condition and great greens. Staff super friendly. Played a twilight nine and at the Golfnow price this is tremendous value.
Great layout.
Highly recommend playing this course. The difficulty level builds as go through the front nine. Back nine is challenging.
elad golfer
The course was somewhat challenging, lot of sand and the grass around the green provided a degree of frustration in locating my ball and the ball tended to sink into the grass making for a difficult chip shot. The greens and fairways were in great shape.
A very enjoyable course
My wife and I played this course and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are recreational golfers and found the course and facilities to be very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the course conditions were very good. Definitely recommend the course.
Great Experience
Good course layout, lots of green grass and not a blade out of place. Sort of expensive but there may be packages that mitigate the expense. Best course that we played in Orlando.
“Outstanding layout with great greens, close to Seaworld”
Easy location on iDrive, about 1 mile south of Sea World. Great track, lots of variety, a good test but very fair. Conditioning and greens were excellent. Grass driving range with warm-up bucket included and large practice putting green. Carts are equipped with GPS, distance and warnings to assist in making informed decisions on every shot which helped improve the pace of play.
nice layout and design around all the condos
WAS PAIRED WITH A LOCAL AND A VISITOR FROM JAPAN....WAS HANDY THAT WE HAD LOCAL KNOWLEDGE FROM SOMEONE,,,,EVERYONE HAD A GOOD TEMPERMENT AND EVERYONE ENJOYED THE ROUND,,,,,WE WERE PRETTY WELL BALANCED IN HANDICAP AND THIS MADE THE ROUND MORE ENJOYABLE.....WILL TRY TO PLAY IT AGAIN THE NEXT TIME WE ARE DOWN THERE IN THE AREA....
Great stuff - but only for advanced golfers
don't get me wrong, but a 20-handicapper won't have fun on this fantastic golf course. If your hcp. is bellow 10 and you know from wich tees to play, this is the course to visit here in Orlando. The difficulty is some tight fairways and the well protected and undulated greens. If you miss the green on the wrong side - no bueno - ola bogey!!!
have fun - go play!!!
Fantastic course, took over 6hrs...
There seemed (at the time of playing) to be a lot of reviews about the length of time it took to play this course. It took forever to play. It was the longest round of golf I have ever played. Practice facilities are awful, a tiny putting green, and a small, short range. Having said this, the course is amazing. Greens were exceptional, very tight course for the most part. And very nice design. I would play here again, I would just play after 3PM. Not in the morning. Paid around 40 for 2 players. Really thick, grabby rough as well. chips/pitches difficult greenside
Well Thought out golf cousre
The golf course is very well thought out and offers a unique test every hole. I enjoy golf courses where you don't see golf holes running parallel to each other. Its only you and the course and there isn't a more peaceful golf course in Orlando.
resort course with teeth
This is a solidly laid out course that gets harder as you get deeper into the round. The par 5's are varied and the green complexes fair but challenging.
This course can play long but has loads of tees to choose from. I've seen this course in several stages of condition ranging from very good to very poor.
The course lulls you into thinking there is lots of room but definitely not the case as it snakes through both residential, condos and a resort. The value is decent but not in season when its best conditioned. GolfNow has the best prices.
The practice facility is a little bland but if you need to practice, go across the street to the Marriott Golf Institute.
This course will always have a special place in my heart, this was the last course I played before I got married.
Great course
Like this course...challenging, but fair. Not too tight and can cut some corners if I remember correctly! Fun course to play when you are playing against your friends.
My Favorite Orlando Course
I have played this course multiple times and it is my favorite course in Orlando - which holds some stiff competition.
The course is different in many ways with short, drive-able holes, interesting par 3's, and long holes that test even the biggest of hitters. With unique doglegs and tough approach shots, one must be accurate from tee to green.
I HIGHLY recommend playing this course!
Awesome golf course
Accessibility to Disneyworld is awesome. Will definitely play this course again.
Scenic
This is a scenic course with some very nice fairways and greens. Bunkers are also in good shape.
This course is great for all handicaps
I have played about a dozen Florida golf courses in the Grande Pines price range. This course is my favorite.
stay away during over seeding
teed off at 7:30 no greens mowed due to over seeding not explained when paying, #1 & #10 watered heavily (swampy). Paid $90 not worth $45
the course is fun to play and green are challenging
We like the design of the course but the undulating greens were too challenging for the average golfer. The overall golfing day was great. My partner finished with a birdie at the 18 which is quite an accomplishement!
Played better for the money
Quite an expensive course, but no wow factor here. Hawks landing and all Disney courses much better.
