River Bend Golf Club

I scored well, so of course I love it! Beautiful Florida Day on a great Florida course!

The course was in good shape even with the drought we had and then 5 inches of rain all at once. Staff was awesome and pace was great. Had family in town and we all enjoyed our round. Pin placement was tuff but fun.

Had a great day at River Bend, course is in very good condition. Simple layout but very enjoyable. No real amount of water or forced carries. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for an enjoyable day try River Bend. I don't believe that you will be disappointed.

Course was in excellent condition, pace was slow due to the fact it was very busy due to rain the previous day. Enjoyed the day and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The course is in great shape and the greens are nice and full, fast but not too severe.

Upon entering I was very scared that this was a dog track. Much to my surprise it was a wonderful course with no homes built on it. Fairways were great and greens were good. A little slow for my liking but rolled true. Pace of play was awful but the course layout and conditions made up for it. Will definitely go back. Play from the tips as it will challenge the low handicap player.

Nice course and the golf now price was perfect as I decided last minute to get a round in. Nice condition fairways were nice but jeez does anybody know how to rake a trap??? Otherwise a great place for golf

Fairways were fully grown in and gave tight lies. Greens were fast and smooth. I've played RB at least 20 times in the last few years and it is always a pleasure. The only thing I would suggest is to give some effort to patching the concrete cart paths that have heaved badly.

Course was in great condition, no water in play, but a beautiful course. Greens were fast and consistent.

Pace of play was horrible, more than 2 1/2/ hrs for front nine. After nine we stopped as it was looking like a 5 to 5 1/2 hr round. Fairways in good shape for RB. The greens have grass but not totally filled in and made for bumpy putting. To be fair there was a woman's tournament going on but no one seemed able to move them along. Ranger was out but not effective.

Very good condition for the season. Greens very fast but true but sometimes hard to read. Always a pleasure to play this course. Comes down once a year and play this course a couple of times.

Greatly enjoyed this course, and was glad we found it. The course layout was good for amateur golfers, and was in good condition.

First time playing this course and the layout including the fairways and greens were in outstanding condition. Only thing that bothered me was that we showed up 30 minutes early to hit the range and while passing the starter he wouldn't take no for an answer and made us join another group 30 mins before our actual tee time with no warm up. Other than that I really enjoyed the course just not the Starter.

We had a foursome teed off at 1:09 pm and did not finish till after 6pm over 5hrs on a week day afternoon

Not a ranger in sight. I will think long and hard before i go back there.The course for the money was not bad but needs TLC. The cart paths border on dangerous and at some points unsafe. I enjoyed the layout but they need to get the pace of play under control.
