Twin Rivers Golf Club
About
At Twin Rivers Golf Club experience a course that combines the natural beauty of Florida with a consistent test of shot-making abilities. Nestled between two rivers this golf club offers eighteen unique and challenging holes surrounded by environmentally protected areas.
The fairways are well defined, and the greens, surrounded by mounds and pairs or trios of large bloomy bunkers, provide ample targets. Most holes encourage the player to favor one side of the fairway or green over the other, steering away from large and obvious hazards such as lakes, trees, or the large, flat bunkers.
All of this adds up to a very nice and playable course that tips out at only 6,636 yards and thus, due particularly to the price, is a first page recommendation for those seeking public golf in Orlando.

Poor condition
The course is a so-so course with greens that are slow and bumpy. I would not recommend going to the course nor will I return.
not easy
Course is in good shape right now. Many golfers underestimate this course. Can't spray it. Pace of play can be an issue, but not yesterday.
Sunday Round
Played Twin Rivers on Sunday, February 20th. The course layout is awesome, some really challenging and fun holes. Tee boxes and fairways were in good shape, greens are absolutely terrible right now. Greens have patches all over them, the fringe bleeds into the green and blends in, they were way too thick and slow. The pace of play was also very bad, round took close to 4:45 for a threesome. Unfortunately those two issues would prevent me from coming back again soon, as the course is not worth the $53 they are charging right now. I definitely would recommend someone give it at least one try, maybe greens and pace of play will improve.
Really poor pace of play but the course was beautiful
We were scolded for being “too slow” but as we finished the next hole, we were eating behind 3 groups. every time we finished a hike we couldn’t tee off for another 15 minutes
Friends outing
Took a couple of friends and had a great time! They enjoyed the course, group on front(only two guys) slow everything down big time but we manage to had a great day, Isabel on the cart was very attentive and nice!(besides she is very gorgeous) always with a great smile on her
Great layout, horrible greens
Afternoon tee time. Staff was super friendly. Course layout was challenging with narrow portions, dog legs, water, and hazards. However, the greens were very poor almost felt like mud with patches of green grass that were higher than others. Would recommend but can’t get over how bad the greens were.
Difficult Layout
Course was a little wet (driving range closes due to water). The layout is very challenging. Lots of water and doglegs. One hole even has 99 degree dogleg with a wildness across the middle of the fairway !! Greens putted ok but looked. Like they had a disease, strange color !!
Apart from that an enjoyable 4 hour round as a 4 some
the course was great
The course was a lot of challenging fun. However the group behind us drove into us twice and hit from the tee box before we had left the green area twice.
Need more rangers
Got to the course early. Went to check in, only a single in front of myself and wife. Pro shop guy comes out and tells us we must wait until our 10:28 tee time, although no one else on course. Fortunately, the starter was nice and let us off early. The single guy was allowed to play thru a three some. The threesome were real red necks and claimed we hit into them, needless to say, the round was slow. If they had rangers they would tell these rednecks proper etiquette. The son swore at me after I tried to apologize cuz I didn’t see them since it was cart path only.
Good challenge from this course
The course is in good shape for this time of year, greens are rolling fast, fairways are good some bare spots. Some holes are tight and will challenge you to hit it straight, lots of water. Overall good track.
Not worth it.
To start they said they didn’t allow groups of 2 and made us play with another group of 2. Not sure what the point of a starter and ranger is if they don’t do anything to increase pace of play. Lined up on the first tee box and there was 4 groups in front of us and 2 behind us. All 18 greens were in horrible shape. Bumpy and full of crab grass. Only thing nice about the course is some of the fairways. Do not recommend for any he price.
