Viera East Golf Club

Great course, fun layout, good conditions on greens and fairways. The crown jewel of any place is the staff and the staff here was warm and welcoming made us feel like we’ve been coming there for years. We’ll definitely be back!

Booked through a GolfNow deal that the clubhouse says they did "not see as paid". I showed them the paid in full booking on my end, but they just said I'd have to pay again there (at 30% or so more cost) and then deal with getting my refund through GolfNow myself. No issues with GolfNow other than the 20 minute wait. Clubhouse staff was cordial at least, and mentioned that this is a "common occurrence with their (the clubhouse's) system".

Greens were also punched, with no mention of that in the clubhouse. I'd expect at the minimum them to mention that, and at most a discount if they valued their customer satisfaction.

Very nice course- well maintained and great staff. Excellent practice areas. Greens had plenty of variation, enough hazards to make it challenging. Very nice layout- highly recommended

Older guy that works the check in desk always seems to have a nasty edge about him, like it’s putting him out that you’re there to spend your money, this time he was standing out at the turn going to the tenth hole outside the pro shop and confronted us (same attitude) asking if we were just playing 9, looking at a twosome that appeared out of ahead of us. He was clearly agitated at them but we got the brunt of it, i politely said no we were playing 18 and I had no idea where to 2some came from, he said something to the effect he had an idea where they came from and walked back in, not sure what the whole purpose was with us but seemed angry about something

The course was in good shape except the greens still haven’t recovered from an aeration earlier in the month. The greens were fairly fast, but bouncy due to the last aeration. Very hard to keep downhill and short putts online especially when coupled with the speed of the greens. The rest of the course was in good shape.

Course has a nice layout and is in good condition. The stafff are friendly and accommodating. Great place to get a fun round of golf in.

Once a foursome let us play through on the 4th hole, our twosome was able to complete the round in 3 hours. Greens had been punched in the past week or so, but greens still ran pretty well with a few bumps. Overall the course was in great shape.

I’ve been wanting to play Viera East for a while. We have gone to the range a couple of times and liked it a lot.

Course is in great shape. Greens are still healing from being punched but in good shape.

Layout is good for all levels in Kentucky of room to slice or hook your way around the course.

The greens had been aerated, and the challenge was the putting strokes, we're probably 10 over what I normally hit. That's probably why the course offered the $30 rate because the greens need a little more healing. They were very Bumpy from the aeration.

Got a great deal on GolfNow. Played with a couple guys I see regularly around the local courses. I haven’t played here for a couple years but always liked the layout. The greens were being rolled and the back nine was closed. We had to play the front nine again. Well that was a fiasco. They booked the course all day long and players coming off the front nine had to wait for players starting off their tee times. I played 2 holes and left. Oh well

Bought Tee Off Hot Deal for Viera East Golf Club and there wasn't any warning from the site that the course was under maintenance. The back nine was closed and the greens had been aerated and sanded on the front nine. Played the front nine twice. On check in at the club house they were using a new software and the attendant was having some difficulty checking me in. Even though I prepaid it wasn't showing up on their site. A younger attendant came in a resolved the issue thankfully and I was fortunate to have printed the receipt from Tee Off site and had it with me as proof that I paid. The course is a fun layout and a pleasure to play when it isn't under maintenance. The starter told me they were opening the back nine up the next day. The round was enjoyable as they paired me up with some great folks. When the course is not under maintenance I would give it a 5 star. The staff are great folks and accommodating.
