Bordering the Indian River, Viera East Golf Club sprawls across a landscape of sparkling blue lakes and native marshland that is accented with towering pines and cypress trees. The well known layout is considered one of the best and most affordable public golf courses in Florida. The course features large, undulating greens that are carefully protected by numerous bunkers and risk-reward opportunities that will challenge even the lowest handicappers. Although the course offers a fairly formidable test, beginners will be comforted by the wide fairways that have ample bailout room. Viera East Golf Club's eighth and ninth holes are a memorable duo, beginning with a short par 4 that is the best birdie opportunity on the course. The ninth is another par 4 with water all along the left and trees along the right. Both holes are made even more challenging with strategic bunkering along the greensides.

Great Course & Staff
Course has a nice layout and is in good condition. The stafff are friendly and accommodating. Great place to get a fun round of golf in.
3-hour round
Once a foursome let us play through on the 4th hole, our twosome was able to complete the round in 3 hours. Greens had been punched in the past week or so, but greens still ran pretty well with a few bumps. Overall the course was in great shape.
Fathers Day Gold
I’ve been wanting to play Viera East for a while. We have gone to the range a couple of times and liked it a lot.
Course is in great shape. Greens are still healing from being punched but in good shape.
Layout is good for all levels in Kentucky of room to slice or hook your way around the course.
We will be back.
The greens had been aerated, and the challenge was the putting strokes, we're probably 10 over what I normally hit. That's probably why the course offered the $30 rate because the greens need a little more healing. They were very Bumpy from the aeration.
Nice course
Got a great deal on GolfNow. Played with a couple guys I see regularly around the local courses. I haven’t played here for a couple years but always liked the layout. The greens were being rolled and the back nine was closed. We had to play the front nine again. Well that was a fiasco. They booked the course all day long and players coming off the front nine had to wait for players starting off their tee times. I played 2 holes and left. Oh well
Day of Play Course Under Maintenance
Bought Tee Off Hot Deal for Viera East Golf Club and there wasn't any warning from the site that the course was under maintenance. The back nine was closed and the greens had been aerated and sanded on the front nine. Played the front nine twice. On check in at the club house they were using a new software and the attendant was having some difficulty checking me in. Even though I prepaid it wasn't showing up on their site. A younger attendant came in a resolved the issue thankfully and I was fortunate to have printed the receipt from Tee Off site and had it with me as proof that I paid. The course is a fun layout and a pleasure to play when it isn't under maintenance. The starter told me they were opening the back nine up the next day. The round was enjoyable as they paired me up with some great folks. When the course is not under maintenance I would give it a 5 star. The staff are great folks and accommodating.

Sunny day special
Great course and fabulous staff. Bob is 82 and allowed to hit from Sky t box. Most t box options, anywhere which sets up for all levels and allows for a good pase of play.
3 hours to play 9 holes
Took 3 hours to play 9 holes. Told the ranger and he didn’t seem to care. Don’t plan on playing here again which is a shame cause the course looked well maintained.
Good value
Greens are lightening fast. Fairways good condition. Tee boxes beat up a bit. Great patio. Great putting green and drinking bing range. Good food
