Good value for the money
If you are looking for a course to work on your game, this is a good course to work out your issues on. Great staff.
Hole 4,9, 13,14 will give you the challenge you are lookin for.
Over water hole 4 par 3 will get your juices flowiing. Want to play one of the toughest holes in Southern Nevada? Hole 9 gives you a little Everest to climb. Par it and it feels like a birdy. Hole 13 hope you can pop two good shots. Hole 14 over 2 hundred for a par 3 seems nice until the ball roles into the water hazard on the right. Wild Horse is nice ride.
WildHorse adventure
The course was empty when we played on a hit Vegas afternoon. Which was great as we had the place more or less to ourselves.
Shop was great, some good offers on, guy in the shop was good to chat too, very helpful.
Guys on the phone the previous days didn’t seem interested in us trying to book, dismissive and sounded like they couldn’t be bothered to book us in.
Cart guy was great to talk to and very helpful, best of luck to him for his pro career.
Greens were quick on one 9 and slow on the other.
Reasonable pace of play
No snack bar open
Fantastic
The course was very fun to play. A bit of a confusing layout at times and if you suck like me can be hard to find your ball. Every member of the staff was awesome. The cart boys Stephen and Joseph were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely play here again!
Need a Marshall
This course would benefit from a Marshall. My rounds are typically smooth but tend to be a little slow with people looking for balls “forever”. But my last round was a little excessive, the group in front of me appeared to be playing slow, hitting multiple shots. I was a little frustrated but then noticed there was a group of teenagers infront of them being loud, obnoxious and playing extremely slow. The people in front of me were simply trying stay loose. Definitely affected the pace of play and experience at the course.
Good Value at Wildhorse
A good value for the money. No ball washers. Carts slow down to a snail’s pace when in restricted areas, I.e.near tees & 30 yards from the greens! A bit much. Golf shop said they had customers tearing up greens with their carts! Ghetto golfers! Staff is great, shopkeeper, starter, cart man(so courteous &!helpful) & the snack shop gal.
