Excellent Value
I like this course, it's never expensive, plus it is challenging and fun to play. Can be short and require accurate shots or longer from back tees and require some long approach shots and very tough par 3 & 5's.
They are always well organized and have a putting green, range and lots of parking.

Layout
This course still has one of the best layouts of any I have ever played. Greens were my only concern, after a scorching summer it was understandable, lots of bare spots, but still challenging. Must play every time I get to Vegas

Scramble Pit
They schedule scrambles at whack times, there was 12 people on 14 yesterday. We were first out and threw the scramble groups on 10 two hours later. 3.5 hours round turned into 5.

Terrible management of outing!!!!
One of my worst experience in golf outing ever. First of all, they let an 8some frisbee players before us! And they’re throwing frisbees all over the place waited for over 20 minutes on the first hole and just decided to skip hole #1.
And then on the next hole there’s a couple, where the man is given lessons to the female golfer on the course and they were very oblivious that’s there’s golfers behind them! And she’s hitting multiple balls! So we skip them and onto the next hole.
And of course on the next hole we get behind 2 golfers whose teeing off from the tips and can barely hit off the tee!!
AND NO MARSHALL ON THE COURSE!!!
At that point, 2 hrs of playing 3 holes? We decided to quit and leave!
Would not recommend and will not be back!!!

Slow play
We quit after 3:00 because things were backed up and soo slow. Definitely recommend Angel Park over this course.

Bunkers are not playable. They are too hard!

Tough course rough fairways
I’ve played this course a few times. It is a challenging course with a lot of hazards. The fairways show their age with lack of water and lots of bumps and dips. The greens are decent and run fast in fall and spring. I have never seen a snack cart and you only pass the clubhouse after hole two and nine so stock up what you need. Pace of play is average for Vegas with things slowing down at hole four and very backed up from eleven through eighteen. It’s a great way to kill four hours but can turn into five if they are booked up. We finished in 3.5hrs today as they were sending most groups out in twosomes with a few groups of three. Overall it’s not my favorite course in the valley but I will play it again if there is a hot deal.

First time playing here
The course overall is an average shape the fairways are OK then lies mostly in the fairway. The greens are OK also they are fast and thin not a lot of growth on them. Average course with a lot of waiting on every shot on a weekday, I prefer others.
