Great day for golf
Beautiful weather,, surprisingly uncrowded. Able to play 18 in less than 4 hours. Tee boxes and fairways were in pretty good shape. Bunkers well groomed. A couple of the greens had dead/burned out areas but most were in good shape. Friendly, helpful staff. We will be back!

Fall from grace??
It had been awhile since I’ve played The Legacy, and unfortunately it looks as if it will probably be a while longer before I return. The course conditions are a serious downgrade from where this course once was. I remember this place hosting us open qualifiers, and being one of the best tracks in the area. Now you have a course that has lost the majority of their green surfaces and have basically let the grounds go in general. Tee boxes would have been better utilizing nice mats rather than the dirt they were using. If cost is your only consideration, you may find the afternoon fees to be of value, but I seriously hope the management team can find a way to get this place back in shape and finally revive this once majestic track. Instead of cut throat rates, I’m sure many would rather pay a few more dollars to play it in all its glory, than to scrape it around such a nice layout in such poor condition. City of Henderson…if you’re listening, you deserve a better representation of what a city owned golf course can be.

we were able to tee off a little earlier than our appointed time which was nice.
Fairways and greens were ok although some bunkers can use more sand in them

Rough winter
A rough/cold winter has left the course conditions a little rough, but I’m sure it will come back as the weather warms. This is a good value for the area.

golf fun
The staff were great, the fairways were lacking grass but as expected this time of year, played through a group that was slower than us and could not have been more friendly and accommodating.

A Shame
I have played Legacy for years, through different management companies and often had annual players cards -- but even though a Vegas resident, hadn't played in a couple of years. Went out on April 7 and was shocked -- it was in the worse condition of any golf course I have seen in the Vegas valley in years, if ever. The greens were bumpy and in need of a lot of care and the rest of the course was parched and brown. I paid full locals price and was not warned in any way about the conditions.
About five years ago, the course closed and was scheduled for redevelopment, then it was forced to reopen as a golf course for legal reasons. It has all the appearance of being set up to fail as a golf course so the developers can move in. I used to love playing here, as did my kids -- my daughter actually worked here while home in summers from college. It is just very sad to see -- a shame.

Challenging layout but doable.
Course layout nicely challenging. I'd like o play this course when the grass is full and lush. It would be a great experience. The cart paths are rough but repairs are being done. Overall I love this course.

Nice course for the price
The Legacy is about 20 minutes from the strip and is a nice links style course. The grass was still dormant so conditions were real fast. Only thing I found out of place is that they did not have any ball washers. Overall it was a fun course to play for a good price.

Poor conditions
This course was a mess. Bad fairways, rock hard bunkers.
No ice in coolers, no wer towels offered. Not woth the price. Will not play again until it is improved.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
This place is a complete and total wreck.. management of this course has destroyed it. It's basically dirt with green food coloring. Save your money. Stay away and this management should be ashamed for what they've done to this once grade layout
Friendly property
Great staff and helpful, having lost a club on the course the staff could not have been more helpful, from the cart finish staff lady to the young Pro in the shop.

Due to the weather conditions for the last 6 months, fairways and greens are really dry and poor. Very little grass in fairways to play from. Greens are rough.
No beer cart on front nine. Went to get a beer after 9th hole and bartender never showed up. Beer cart finally showed up after the 14h hole. Would expect better service than this.
