Course needs some water to improve conditions but it still was a fun day

The bones of this course are excellent and with a little TLC this would be an amazing course. However, currently they are not able to water this course as much as it needs to be great. The course was a little rough and turf conditions were bad. Most of the greens were still decent but not all of them.

All in all I still had fun and was happy to be out there.

Played a round here Sunday. Greens were great. Tee boxes in good shape. Fairways were decent. Rough is dormant.

Review

I would recommend this course. The fairways and greens are kept fairly nice. The bunkers for some need a little work but it was adequate. I found this much more challenging than the TPC Las Vegas course. The cost was $49 because it was the afternoon. The people were very friendly and efficient and the group I was paired with remembers. It's also course that you can walk. Which is a great plus as we saw many walkers. I definitely recommend this course.

Needs some work

We enjoyed our game here. Not busy and enjoyed the layout very much. The course needs work though - many parts of the cart path in bad shape, too much goose poo on some greens. Good value for what we paid though, and we finished in under 4 hours.

Cheap Course, ok conditions

Greens where beat up but what is expected for 30$ Couple really slow groups ahead of us. With I could have walked but course is not ideal for walking. I was told only a few courses in Vegas are walkable. Overall 3 stars for value and conditions of course. Would play again.
