Lakes/Sunrise at Spanish Trail Country Club

So, unless you hit it big, or really have a bunch of extra cash you're not playing Wynn or Trump. Honestly, neither of those courses are worth that cost. Go to Pebble Beach or Bandon Dunes. Then while you're in vegas drive less than 15 minutes to this great, what must have been private, course. We got a great deal, at this huge facility. Pyramids of practice balls await. Its a little beat up these days, but still well worth the money.

Design of holes, excellent. Well maintained, beautiful clubhouse, and very fair course. Easy to find holes mapped out very well. Perfectly placed bunkers from tips, greens fair. Overall-excellent course, on par with TPC or maybe even a little more player friendly with it's wide fairways.

This course has been around for a while.
One of the few in Las Vegas with established growth.
Fairways and greens need some work. A few too many brown and dead spots.

The staff was friendly. Course was in good shape; especially for mid-August. Greens were consistent and the course played in a "relaxed", four hours.

Plenty of water and challenges, staff very friendly and the course is in great shape.

The course was great the staff was great everything was great except for the snobby members who hated the fact that the public was on there course!

A terrific and challenging course with beautiful surroundings. Hidden water hazzards on. Few holes.

A must play if you are in Vegas. Very conveniently located, and the course is beautiful. Private, that opened up to the public, probably because of financial needs, but I'm glad it was available on GN. I really recommend this course. Private feel, at a Municipal price. This is probably my top three courses, that I've ever played. Trump, Journey (Temecula)and Spanish Trail. All beautiful, and tough.

Very nice course, would like to play it again.
Around the greens needs some work.
Members should learn to fix their marks on the green.
Would recommend this course to anyone.

I've played at various courses throughout Vegas and this course might be my new favorite. Very scenic especially the Lakes #3. And for the price paid, amazing deal.

Enjoyed the design and layout of the course. Did not feel or look like other Vegas courses. Greens were in great shape.

Must play in Vegas. Great value through GolfNow. Played Canyon/Lakes. Loved both. Fabulous views. Fair and challenging. Very nice staff and practice facilities. Only problem was getting to the course. There is a separate entrance to the development for guests. Call ahead to get directions to it.

Spanish trails does stand the rest of time - staff is not friendly and the course was in moderate shape. Not the best but not the worst - just eh

GREAT LAYOUT. BUT, THEY WERE AERIFYING THE
FAIRWAYS ON AT LEAST A THIRD OF THE HOLES , ANOTHER THIRD JUST COMPLETED. WOULD LOVE TO PLAY AGAIN WHEN NOT UNDER CONSTRUCTION. SEWER LAKES REALLY STINK. WOULD NOT WANT TO LIVE ON THIS GOLF COURSE DUE TO SEWAGE ODORS.

Course is beautiful and will test anyone's game!! Staff in Pro shop to the cart girl was a great experience. ..

Course located close to the strip. Conditions were fabulous. Greens rolled true and fairways were perfect. Enjoyed my time here and will be back.

Great course in good condition going to try and play every week.
