Outstanding course
I was lucky to be paired up with someone who had played the Palms course. Outstanding and friendly staff that was helpful. Only down fall was they removed the GPS units from the carts.
great value!
$75 round at 11:20. Great course, pace a bit slow.
Beautiful Course.
An easier course than the Mountain course at the Angel Park, but it still came with some challenges. Course has a great views. Very large greens, but don't let them fool you, they are still challenging. Only a par 70 so it plays fairly quickly.
great day for golf
First time playing the palm course, enjoyed it, muchrather play the mountain side, more landscape, feels more like a golf course.greens where slow and bumpy, uncharacteristic of angel park, maybe they are a little diffrent than on the mountain side. Overall was ok.
very nice golf course
VERY NICE GOLF COURSE
BUT SOME HOLES ARE BLINDS AND IS NOT EASY FOR THE FIRST TIME
BUT LARGE FAIRWAYS
VERY INTERESTING GOLF COURSE
Hard bumpy greens
Angel Park is a very nice facility. The pace of play was a little slow and the greens were hard and bumpy. I believe they were recently aeriated so that would explain being bumpy.
The staff was friendly and attentive and diamond Dave was super at club cleaning and taking care of our clubs. Julie at the bar was very pleasant as well.
perfect
course was in great shape , marshalls made sure pace was good . very enjoyable 18 holes
Good, but not great
Fairly tight w/ fast greens. Desert comes into play alot
Angel Park Palms
I would definitely play this course again. Looking forward to the mountain course.
GREAT City Getaway Golf
Got away for 18 one afternoon while holidaying in Vegas. Let the girls shop. This is where you want to be and you won't regret it. Great facility and staff. Mountain course was a treat.
SLOW
Pushing a 5.5hr round on a Thursday afternoon. On top of that I was sent out as a single, which made it feel like a 10 hr round.
Palm Course
We played the Palm Course - a very enjoyable day.
Pro shop is well stocked.
Angel but the greens are devilish
In very good condition for February, and fast greens. As with many desert courses, out of bounds is anything off the fairway. I find the speed of greens a bit much for me, but can't fault the course for this
Great views great staff
worth money. To find better U'll pay 2x this rate. Good views. No problems w/ pace. Staff friendly. Never had my clubs cleaned so enthusiastically after a round that was nice. Palms course supposed to be easier than mountain course. Certainly has scoring opportunities. If not in fairway, u r in rocks. Reminds me of playing in AZ. TRY IT OUT!
Great fun
Although the course was busy, we waited only twice. Pace of play was great. Course was in good condition. We were paired with another twosome who were fun to play with.
actually played mountain coursegreenville
Res sched 4 palm course. An outing was starting upon my.arival. staff sent me to mountain course, which is the better and more challenging of these courses. My review of overall difficulty reflects mountain course not palm. Staff went above and beyond to help this golf game be far more pleasant than it would have been if I played behind that outing
enjoyable day
We played this course our first day in Las Vegas. We had not played for several months. It is a good course to get warmed up. Interesting but not so hard that you need great shots on every hole. It was very slow. After 5 hours we quit with 2 holes to go since there were 2 groups on the tee. Never saw a Marshall. Would play again but might try a weekday.
Quit scalping the rough!
Nice course, fast greens. Played a few months back when the rough was a reasonable length, but now the rough is cut almost like a green. Why?!!! This is not the US open!!! I hit the best drive of my round straight up the middle of hole 9 and it rolled into the water on the left. The whole fairway slopes toward the left and with no grass rolling resistance it rolled into the lake. The same issue on the 8th par 3, ball trickles off the green and rolls into the water, Tin Cup style. Ruined my round!!!!!!! Ridiculously penal, only a masochists would enjoy the result.
Nice day
The golf course is in great shape for this time of year, the fairways and greens are perfect for golf. It took 4 hours and we were not rushed and we were not rushing the players ahead of us.
I absolutely recommend this course, as well as the mountain and cloud nine courses as they are in the best condition.
