Golfer Reviews
Keep Driving
Greens were the worst I've played in years. Simple sanding and rolling them after aeration can make them playable. This is a course in the middle of the desert. Sand and roll them.
Course was in good condition. Pace of play was slow because of some kind of tournament. Greens were bumpy because of aeration.
Would play again
Very forgiving golf course.
The golf course was great, however when I booked through GolfNow I did not know there was an in-state resident rate and it was not offered on GolfNow. I paid way more than the green fees I should have paid. Lesson learned. I will now always book directly though the golf course.
Unplayable greens
Greens in horrible shape. I guess they’re aerating the greens. They should offer LARGE discounts when they’re doing course maintenance. I would not have booked if I had known.
Nice Relaxing Course
The course was in pretty good shape, especially for the time of season and compared to 3 other courses we played while in Las Vegas.
It's a fairly easy and relaxing course, with not a lot of hazards - just water on the 3rd hole.
The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the course. Of the 4 courses we played while in Las Vegas, this is the only one we would return to.
Great conditions
Great conditions from tee to green. Even sand was very nice, fluffy and full. Many Vegas traps are firm and gravely. Greens fast, pace was great, love this place.
Course Conditions
Layout is very nice, lack of water on fairways, and trap conditions make it a less attractive course, potentially a very good value in Vegas
Play this course only if you have nothing else to do the rest of the day
Foursomes were booked about every 6 minutes. After 3 holes there was a 25 minute wait to play a par three hole and we were waiting on almost every hole. In addition they allowed a 5-some of really old guys to play on a very busy day. It took 5 hours to play 18 holes and we were always waiting on the group ahead of us , who was waiting on the group ahead of them, etc.
Las Vegas Golf Course
The pace of play was almost painful. They are putting too many people on the course and slowing play considerably.
The greens have a lot of Pua? grass growing in them so they are very inconsistent, especially since we teed off at about 1:30, might be fine early in the day.
There wasn't a single ball washer on the course I found? Maybe a covid action? A towel and water bottle work though.
The coures was a great value through Golf Now.
A goat ranch!
Nice old fashioned golf course. Unfortunately, no marshalling, pace of play was brutally slow, green fees were ridiculously high for a course that is in poor shape. We had several tees where more than one group waited; once we had four groups waiting. Waited on every tee.
I think with marshalling some of these problems would go away. Even then the price of over $125 was way overpriced.
Won’t be back.
