Course layout is ordinary

Good conditions, well maintained. Easy golf. Pace was very slow. Played in 5 hours, way too long. Course layout is ordinary and very flat.. When you don’t play straight, you may end up in other fairways. Few holes present some challenges.

Extremely slow pace of play

Took my wife and our golf partners 5 hours and 15 minutes to play 18 holes. We were waiting on pretty much every hole and on several holes there were up to four groups waiting to tee off. I will never go back to this course again.

Great golf

The course is great, and I got an excellent rate through the app. The facilities were nice, and course was well maintained. The course isn’t too challenging or anything special in terms of visuals, but it was still a lot of fun.

The greens are well maintained

The reception staff was courteous and friendly. Well organized. The golf carts were neatly parked.

The fairways are good. It would be better if golfers help repair divots after their shots.

After my game when I tried to return the cart, the staff came to me immediately and took over. That was nice of him. Sorry forgot both their names. It makes me want to return and bring friends for more rounds of golf!

Slooooow

I was surprised for a Thursday afternoon how busy it was. However, the price was great and weather was perfect. Had a little mix up with my tee time and had to go in and talk to the starter - he tried to play it off that it was my fault for not checking in with even tough my partner did, anyway he fixed it and said you are on the tee now - good luck.

dishonest management and dirty course

This was by far the worst treatment I have ever received. We purchased this as a hot deal, they delayed us by 30 minutes . After we complained twice they finally let us go , course had duck poop everywhere . Too many bumps on the green , some greens had rocks and sand everywhere .

A course at a bargain

First time playing this course. Staff were super friendly and helpful and able to point you in the right direction. Range cost $10.00 for a medium basket of balls which. Is a little pricey for the amount you get. The course is a very basic course flat with little elevation or direction change right or left. Great for Beginners and the less serious golfers who would want a challenge. A great course to work on your basics and course management. Pace of play was ridiculously slow due to allowing of starts off the back nine this slowing the start time and contesting the front nine starters. Although there are some concerns the value for money of $18.00 including power cart cannot be beat. Some greens have been severely damage by geese and other rodents.

Not horrible just average.

Las Vegas Golf Club

Course was in good shape and staff was very helpful . Rented clubs and received a sleeve of ball, tees, bucket of range balls, lunch voucher and nice TaylorMade M2 rentals all for $59 with noon tee time. Would definitely do it again.

Paid for 18, Quit after 5!

A hugely disappointing experience. Visiting from Canada, it was going to be our first round of golf in over a month since our courses closed for the season. On arrival we were not told there was a delay, but looking at the number of people mulling around, we guessed there was. We went back in the pro shop and were told they had a 45 minute frost delay that morning. Our tee time was 11.45am and we finally tee'd off, an hour and a half later at 1.15pm. We witnessed a few locals turning up to play, who were not on the tee sheet but were being accomodated. .Way too many people on the course. We had to wait for every shot and the group in front of us, was still waiting on each tee bed when we got to the hole. We got to the 6th tee, a par 3 and there were 4 groups on the hole. We quit at that point. What we saw of the course was very flat, a few trees, gravelly sand bunkers and soft, uneven greens. The holes we played bordered the outside of the course, lots of road noise. We decided on the first hole that we would need to play pick n place to avoid the goose pooh. We actually had to clear a path through the goose pooh on the greens to putt. No Marshall's on the course which didn't help. The players seemed to be playing the course in the manner to which the course was presented, without love and care. I had to repair 3 pitch recent pitch marks on the line of a 20 ft putt. Never again and would not recommend.

Las Vegas fun

Nice afternoon round. Great for amateur and practice course. Not much water but enough sand bunkers. Accurate drive required but plenty of forgiveness on many holes. Trees scattered around to get in trouble. Enjoyable

Outstanding!

Have wanted to golf here forever due to it's Rich history in Las Vegas. I read lots of reviews about Las Vegas Golf Club, mostly all great and a couple complaining Bout rude fold shop person. I walked into the clubhouse and was greeted by a friendly female attendantbwhi welcomed me to the course. Very nice driving, putting and chipping greens to warm up. The pace of play was great never having to wait more than 5 minutes in three holes. Course was beautiful, greens were fantastic. I will definitely come back to Las Vegas Golf Club. You'll be glad you played here.
