Las Vegas Golf Club

I’ve lived in Vegas for over a decade, and use to play here frequently. They’ve flat out become to expensive for what they offer! 60/round for an old beat up municipal course that has had ZERO reinvested is absurd! The tee boxes are trashed and all humped! The fairways are just over grown weed and not real grass. The greens are all bumpy and beat up. You have to go to the bar and BUY ICE for your cooler! You want a real municipal that actually takes care of their course go to Club at Sunrise! The staff is nicer, the carts come with ice! What a JOKE this place has become!

I booked a tee time for 6:30 for 18 holes. I figured it was a little weird that I was able to do that but hey, it’s Vegas. We get there at 6pm and the entrance gates are locked and only one gate on the exit side is open. I go through the edit side and when we get to the clubhouse all the doors are locked and there is not an employee to be found. Finally we find somebody and he says to get in a cart and go play. We are from out of town and only one of us brought clubs so we needed to rent a set and he said too bad the clubhouse was closed. We finish up the 9th hole and the sun is just starting to set so I ask the employee I saw in the cart return area what time they start kicking people off the course and he says 10 minutes. I paid for 18 holes. I ask him why I was able to book a tee time at 6:30 for 18 holes and he tells me that it’s a set price and they can’t charge for just 9 holes. Beware of booking a late tee time here.

This place was packed solid with golfers over Memorial Day weekend. Nice course and they can only control just so much...

Took 5 hours to play. Had 3 groups of 5 in front of us. Won’t be going back. Too many other good options.

This has got to be the best deal in vegas. It's obviously not the greatest course in vegas, but I was shocked at how nice it was. Tee boxes fairways and greens were all perfect.

The course was in great shape. The traps were well-maintained. The greens were challenging, but fair. It was a very enjoyable experience. The only frustration was a slow foursome that had nobody in front of them but slowed all of us behind them for the entire round.

I have played the course several times and almost every time there is an issue with the restaurant/bar. This last time it was closed for an event. The customers pay to have use of the entire facility. When you close off areas without warning, you are stealing from the customers. I have played there for the last time, which is really too bad. I really do enjoy the facility, especially now that you got rid of the mats on the range. There are too many golf courses here to accept less than the best experience.

Course is charging way too high of rates for the poor quality and short course. 420yd par 5’s…way too expensive

Too expensive for out of state resident. This is $20 course not worth $130.

Good value, conditions need help. No sand in bunkers and no beverage service.

The staff was friendly, The building/pro shop is nice and has everything you need. Cold drinking water available on the course. Restrooms good and frequent due to the parallel holes. It was a windy day and there was trash blowing across the fairways. The greens are very lumpy. Many, many birds… Pace of play was a bit slow because the group in front of us was playing from the tips and should have been playing from the forward tees.

Las Vegas golf club opened their gate 15 minutes before my tee time. Course offered some very long holes to play. Was able to finish in approximately 4.25 hours. Long relatively flat course.fairly well kept,
