About
Opened in 1897, Del Monte™ Golf Course is the oldest course in continuous operation west of the Mississippi. Designed by golf and polo enthusiast Charles Maud, this inland course boasts a meandering, hilly layout that has challenged golfers for more than a century.
It was the original host of the California State Amateur-still played on Del Monte's narrow, tree-lined fairways and small,well-protected greens-and continues to serve as one of the three courses on which the Callaway Golf Pebble Beach Invitational is played.
Adjacent to Del Monte™ Golf Course, the Del Monte Pavilion offers an inviting outdoor setting for any special event. Whether you are hosting a corporate outing or a tournament awards ceremony, all events are impeccably catered by the Lodge at Pebble Beach.

Beautiful and fun course!
Loved all 18 holes here! No driving range. Beautiful scenery and well-kept course. A bit backed up on a few holes but I'm sure this varies from day today depending on the players. Great value on golfpass.

We had a great day playing the Del Monte Course. Greens were in good condition. Fairways were neat. And the piece moved along nicely.

Excellent Condition
Haven’t played here in ages-over 25yrs so a treat to come back……even though I didn’t remember any holes. The course is in great condition and the greens are very fast, which I like. Staff super friendly and we played in under 4hrs. I’ll be back!
Great experience, course excellent
First time playing the course and had a great experience. Course in excellent condition, greens were perfect and got fast after the morning precipitation dried up. Rough was thick making hitting fairways a premium. The course layout was fun, not super long, but had to think about what and where to hit.

typical flat golf course, looks cozy and easy, but difficulty is in rather small greens. -- one of the best public golf course, 90/100!^^

The course seems to have weathered our nasty winter well. Lots of maintenance going on, but never got in the way of play.
