Course needs work
This course has a bunch of potential but there’s no warm up area besides a putting green, and the fairways are covered in crabgrass and dirt. Greens were decent. A lot of the tee boxes were uneven and need work. WAY overpriced for an $80 round
WHAT A VIEW!!! 👀👀👀
Started my round just after 1:00pm and finished at 4:50pm (3 hours 50 minutes). I’m assuming pace of play was really fast because it rained earlier in the day and that probably cleared up all the afternoon tee times. Started on the back nine and MAN the course layout is WILD! You have holes going downhill and uphill and valleys in the middle of holes. Hole 16 was AMAZING to see, even though I missed my tee shot left lol. There are houses all around the course, but it’s pretty wide for people slicing driver off the tee. The front nine has the first opening holes around a lake that reminds me of TPC sawgrass. There are some parts of the course that DEF need some manicuring, and the greens were running pretty slow, maybe because of the rain in the morning. For $40 during the afternoon, I CANNOT complain!
Good Course
It’s about what you’d expect for the price and location. Staff is pretty friendly, except Andrew, who checked us in in the morning was hitting a vape pen and made the proshop smell like weed. Extremely unprofessional. Travis also is extremely rude, this place hires some questionable male employees.
Great Course
The course was in great shape greens fast. Beautiful view on every hole.
Needs Serious Work
This course could be great, but needs SERIOUS TLC.
The beverage cart girl Stormy, is one of the only reasons my friends and I have come back to this course. But the beverage cart’s ipad screen has been shattered for the last couple of months and no card reader (so manual entry) The bar needs a new card reader too, one that has apple pay since everyone uses that now. And Andrew acts annoyed every time he is asked to check us in and do his job. Wrong person for a customer service job. Seriously put some money back into this place. Make it look better!
Way overpriced
Was charged more than the booking price by $3 per tee
time, $78 instead of $75. Since we were there already, I just paid it. The course 100% is not worth over $45-$50 weekend rate.
Could Be Better
Course layout is good, but the tee boxes and fairways need a lot of attention. Good greens. Back nine is more scenic than the front nine. No driving range or practice facilities or clubhouse where you can enjoy a beer or meal after the round. Don't think I'll make that drive again.
Not great
this course could be very nice, great views but the fairways were a mess and the greens, although in decent shape, the grounds crew has no clue on where to put the pins. Most were within 10ft of an apron and not even legal. No one in the shop cared to do much about it. The pro shop is a trailer. I guess that's why it was under $50.
this one is off my list unless someone plays it that I know reccomends
Great Course & Friendly Staff
Course is in great shape, play here a couple times a month and it’s always a good time. Stormy is the highlight, she remembers me and my friends (and our drinks lol) Her customer service is A+++
Greens rolling nice
Greens are nice, fairways are decent and rough is in bad shape. Sand traps weee nice. Stay in fairway and you’ll be fine
Rough.
There a plenty to like about this course. Layout is fair but challenging, greens are in very good shape. On the flip side, the fairways are mediocre at best.
One memory I’ll have forever is the hole in one on 16.
Better than average
The fairways and greens are green and plush. Beautiful views. Would rate it higher but there’s a lot of construction going on currently around the course taking away from the ambiance a little. I imagine once everything’s done it’s going to be one of the top courses in the area.
Hey Chris I’m I’m sorry about your experience at the course. I’m the guy you spoke with in the golf shop. We have told the head pro and head of maintenance several times about the pin locations. I didn’t mean to seem like I didn’t care because I absolutely do.
