Rancho Del Sol Golf Club

My friends and I always love playing at RDS. If I lived closer, we would play it all the time. Course is in great shape and the staff is good too. Only negative was that there was no marshall and one of the groups ahead of us was playing a little slow. Nothing major though, so not that big of a deal. We'll definitely be back.

The greens were great. However, from the tee boxes to the greens - that was pretty rough. Fairways were decent. But overall, the tee boxes and rough was pretty bad. Lots of weeds and brutal lies if you weren't in the Fairway.

If your on the fairway your fine. Off fairway conditions are not that good with lots of gopher holes and bare dirt areas, Also the Greens were nice but it seems like no one repairs their ball marks. Had to fix multiple ball marks on every hole before I could attempt to putt. come on golfers! Fix your ball marks!

Great course, layout challenges, etc. However, the back nine's architecture, condition, hole layout and MOST importantly...the views make this one of the best values available in the Inland Empire/Coachella valley area. I highly recommend it.

Haven't played here in 35 years and was pleasantly surprised. Booked on golfnow for $50 on a Sunday morning. Great value and played in 4:20 with limited wait on group ahead and never really pushed from behind. Front nine is fairly basic with 4 hard holes in first 6 holes. Most tees were up, so blacks were blue, blue were whites, etc. This made it a more enjoyable round though. Back nine was really fun with weaving up through mountains until the signature hole of 16. Breathtaking view from there on top of course. Greens were in pretty good shape and rolled nicely throughout. Fairways and rough were spotty in places but very playable. Traps were very full with soft sand. They were wet on top but soft underneath. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch to have our clubs cleaned after the round back at the cart return- please tip these guys!

Got off early this morning, and they started us out on the back nine due to picking up fairway aeration plugs on the front. Challenging course with beautiful vistas and mostly a links style course. Greens were extremely fast, and glad they used the micro punch on the greens so as not to alter the course of your already difficult fast greens. Overall a very enjoyable round of golf !!

This course has a lot of potential and I’m excited to see when they’re done with construction. It was a good course for the average golfer with slightly challenging sections but very forgiving as well. We had a lot of fun and other than the tee boxes needing a little tlc it was a very well kept course. Their staff wiped down our clubs after our round which was very nice to see considering it wasn’t a break the bank kind of course. Their staff was helpful and friends and I would go back again just for them!

Be prepared for the residents that live along the course to chirp at ya!

Course was nice but you must have four otherwise your teamed up with some randoms. Which is not fun depending on your skill level

Played here for the first time and couldn’t be more impressed. Outstanding layout and some of the best greens I’ve played in the area; they were rolling super fast. The course doesn’t have the typical bar on the patio overlooking the course like most do in the area, but it is definitely worth the play. I’m upset I just found it as I would be playing more often. Give it a shot and you won’t be disappointed ⛳️

I forgot how fun/challenging this course. It helps to know the holes for a better score.
