Rancho Del Sol Golf Club

I played this course on 6/18 and was looking for an okay course to play. I was looking at people’s reviews and people were hyping this up for what it was… it was extremely disappointing. The front 9 is in terrible shape. The fairways were okay, the rough was not rough it was dead patches of mud and dirt and patches of long long grass. The back 9 was a bit better. the views on the back 9 were pretty, but don’t think that saves the course. Greens were good but people need to fix their divots. All in all I will not be playing this course again.

Fun course. Back nine really fun. Could use some ground keeping but have golfed on much worse. People need to fix their divots on the green. Greens still fast which was nice. Sand was actually sand which was nice. I will definitely be back.

Pure and moderately challenging greens. Fairways and tee boxes are fairly great conditions. Fairway hazard areas are bare and dirt dry (could be a plus if you often tend to lose ball off the tees). Front 9 and back 9 are drastically different in designs and amount of undulations with their own challenges.

No range but warm-up putting green is excellent. I liked that they also provided plenty of ice in the cart ice cooler. Definitely would play here again.

Amazing coures, great condition Amazing scenery. Great layout. Not much amenities at the moment, no driving range is a bummer, but they are still building. I've played this course 5+ times. Keeps getting better every time.

Club house is a trailer. Looks like they sold old club house along with driving range to make new homes. So upon arrival it looks abandoned. However course is well maintained and green were fast. Good golf course for the money

The course was pretty full for a holiday round. The clubhouse and starting house looked to be temporary as a lot of construction is going on around the starting area. The putting green was nice and big. Starter was friendly and got us off at our exact tee time. The current front nine was a typical park style golf course layout with houses surrounding the perimeters. Hole 1 had an island type green with water in the back leaving a great impression to start off with. Some of the holes were pretty long considering the overall distance of the course is well short of 7000 from the tips. The greens were soft and not fast - probably around a 9 - but were kept in decent shape. The tee boxes weren’t cut down properly so the longer grass made your ball look like you were teeing off the ground. The back nine was a mountain type layout with some great views of desert type rocks and a hole with a par 3 hitting down from a mile above with a great view of Moreno Valley. The track overall felt like it would’ve been a great course if it got a little bit of more TLC but for the current price couldn’t argue any bit. The long drive out (50 mins from OC) would be the only reason I couldn’t play there every other day.

Beautiful course fairways are sweet and the greens are 100%

The course is currently in the best condition I’ve ever seen it in. From the tee boxes to the greens, everything is grown very well and nicely maintained. Fun lay out with tricky greens. Great value with a deal time.

Over priced for this course. If it was 50.00 per persona I would highly recommend and keep coming back more often.
