I was excited to try the course because I just moved here and the locals kept mentioning it. So I get here and the staff is rude right off the get go. And one guy that works there says "yea this course sucks, it's in pretty bad shape". What a great way to start a round. Just when you think that this can't get worse, EVERY HOLE I was waiting to play my shot. Literally every single shot. There were "rangers" on the course but there weren't pushing anyone. This turned out to be a 5 hour round. I also have to deal with this on Saturday because I booked it for my dad and I. I will not be back after Saturday

The overall course was fair but the greens were in very poor shape. There were a few places where we were putting through dirt. The pace of play was also very slow and I believe the place may have been overbooked. It took over 5 hours to play and we waited on every hole.

Greens are getting much better. Fairways still need a lot of attention. Pace of play is Extremely slow. I thought not playing behind a league would make a difference but it didn't. Only saw the Ranger once. They really need to do something about the slow play.

We played for Golfs "Deal" at $32.00, before 12:00 which was fine for this course. We played here two months ago, but since then the fairways and greens have deteriorated. A shame as they were excellent back then. Lots of bare spots now on the fairways, and many greens had fungus. The pro shop fees were listed at $50.00 before noon and $40.00 after noon. I think for the shape this course is now in, they are very over priced. If you are going to pay $40 to $50 dollars there are much better courses to spend your money on.

The course is in much better shape now then last September greens and fairways enjoyed my 18 holes

We love golfing here when we get a good deal.

I knew before the round started that the course is still being worked on. Knowing that I was able to enjoy the nice layout and have a good time and overlook the course conditions and enjoy the perfect weather. The price I paid was fair.

A scenic and not too challenging a course. By that I mean if you keep the ball somewhat straight you are fine. Have played there 3 times and will return.

This is not the first time we played this course,we love the layout ,staff are very nice peoples but yesterday,we were desapointed cause the course,the greens are not well maintained,there is sand everywhere almost no lawn on fairways.I am not going to play there for a while.

Wonderful value. Best deal I've had yet on golf now. You make our golf experience in Florida the best.

The fairways need a lot of help. Some greens are fast but some are slow but in ok shape. Some of your older staff in the pro shop are grouchy in general. Lady in snack bar is great. The guy in the pro shop yesterday appear to be upset when I told him that I booked tee time on golf now. He said and I quote, " your one of them" a golf nower!!!! Should I not come back?

Greens and fairways could be improved. Range way to far away from clubhouse. Poor practice green. ONE temp green.

I've played this course several times with my wife through the summer and fall months. It was definitely in rough shape during the rainy summer. Last weekend the Greens rolling fast and true, much improved! The par five is back open again which makes the course much more challenging. I found the fairways and the tee boxes to be also improved. Apollo Beach is a very friendly unpretentious course to play golf. We're going out again this afternoon to play there. I'd recommend giving it another try!
