About
Originally designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., Apollo Beach Golf Club features large, well- bunkered greens and long tee boxes with generous fairways. The course is designed around many small lakes and inlets that dominate the landscape, bringing water into play on every hole. One trip around the layout and you will know that there are all sorts of unseen challenges awaiting golfers of all skill levels. The snack bar/restaurant offers home cooked breakfasts and lunches featuring specials daily.

Great value
The value is excellent for what you get. Cheap rates and the pro shop had great deals on merchandise. Course conditions could of been better but overall was good.

It’s good enough
Great prices, course is good depending on time of the year. Pretty easy to play but not much else.

Looks open, Plays tight
First time playing this course. Fairways in pretty good condition, greens very good and fast. Would play again. Water on every hole, only comes into play on a few, unless you go right or left.

Surprised
Had not played here in awhile .........course previously a bit rugged .......dry, brown fairways in spots, greens with some weeds and slow on occasion. But .......found conditions on this day quite lush, full fairways and excellent greens. Bunkers OK. Well trimmed.around the edges, waterways, etc. Sorry to hear this regulation course going under for development in favor of exec layout. Too bad!!!!

Great Shape
Course was in great shape. Even after heavy rains a couple of days ago. Course has drained well. Hadn't played here in a few years since I live out of state, but would recommend course and I will be back when I'm back in town again.

Course is solid.
Definitely recommend playing after 11am because course needs a little time to dry.
Only dislike was nothing the course could control... lil explicit language directed at said person was playing solo cut in front of me and had the audacity to play 3 balls off the tee box AND PLAY ALL THREE BALLS.

Course was great
This course is a gem. Other than a few of the fairways being somewhat a little rough, and when I mean little, very little. The greens were great the layout of the course was good. I have played at this course a handful of times and I have never been disappointed. Its my go to course when I want to play somewhere close on a great course for a decent price. If anyone plays here, they won't be disappointed.

I have played this course numerous times in the last 5 years and it is in the best condition I've seen in in this year.

The greens and fairways were in very good condition. Real good Golf Carts. The staff was very courteous and reasonable fees. By the way, the weather was wonderful.

Improved conditions
Greens are as good and fast as I can recall in playing here for many years. Fairways are not so good but course is a good deal at current price. Pity this course is apparently doomed by planned development.
