Rosedale Golf & Country Club

This course was a pleasant surprise in both the conditions and quality of the fairways & greens. Bag staff was some of the friendliest and helpful we seen in Florida! Speed of play was amazingly fast as our tee time was 3:30 and got 17 holes completed. We would have rated it overall a 5, but the bar had run out of many items and externally slow service. Overall though we would recommend and WILL return for a round!

This course has remade itself into one of best courses in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. Just a few years ago it was not a favored course, but they have worked on it so that it is a fun place to play. Very recommended.

This is a very challenging layout, but well maintained. Lots of water. Beautiful layout in an upscale development.

BUT......Scheduling foursomes at 7 minute intervals is insane. Waited every hole for the firmest 13 holes, sometimes backed up two foursomes. This all in the management. A private course that is losing members and has opened up to public play needs the money, I get it. But $80 plus tax should bring some level of integrity.

Always fun to play Rosedale. It is a beautiful and challenging course for most average and above golfers. Highly recommend it.

Come ready to test your skills. This coarse is definitely a ball eater for the casual player. It is a beautiful course and you should go play it!

Challenging,, interesting and very fair layout. Course was green, good fairways, greens were nice but could have been faster, tee boxes were green but long grass. Newer carts. Good experience.

Could not have been slower. 3-4 groups waiting on each tee. 9 holes and 3:5 hours later, we attempted to reschedule our back 9. Staff was less than accommodating despite their lack of planning. Obviously, an entire day of 2-sums will get backed up. Get out there early, if you’re still interested. Plenty on courses in the area, would recommend going elsewhere,

Rose dale was in great shape its narrow and demands that you use every club greens good condition putts roll well

First time playing this course. Some tight holes and long par 3’s. Very fun and challenging course. Entire staff very friendly. Fully stocked pro shop. Play was slow, but most courses this time of year are slow. Fairways and green are in great shape. My favorite place to play so far this winter in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.
