Rosedale Golf & Country Club

Tipical southwest Florida golf., lots of water. Need to keep the ball in play. Course was in good shape. staff was very friendly

Make sure you drive your clubs up to where carts are, as they are concerned about wrecks in the parking lot??? The young man in the club house gave wrong instructions for the driving range, which closes on Sundays at 4 (worker closed it at 3:20 when we were there), and both the bar maid inside and the club house worker were very rude to my friend for having a nice, non-collared shirt on versus explaining the course rules / need for a collared shirt. I’d recommend the course for golfing, but stay away from the arrogant employees.

Course is in great condition! Challenging! Staff was willing to let our foursome play with 2 sets of clubs. We played a scramble and kept pace with the group in front of us.

Ive played Rosedale multiple times over the last 5 winters. A well manicured layout. I’m.an aspiring bogey golfer age 74. A great practice igreen and range.

No cart rangefinder is a big minus for $80. No sprinkler head yardage.

I’m hypoglycemic and have always brought a small soft cooler with fruit and sandwiches. Not this year! Wouldn’t even discuss.

The rack rate for 18 holes in January is up $30 to 80$ The value for price is fading

Started at front gate, wouldn't accept any I.D. form other than drivers license. I don't need a license to travel in private capacity; club house service wasn't great, cart path only sucked, behind two old timer foursomes. Biggest issue was value for course conditions : 100$ for thin fairways and hardpan! Not cool, the track is a good layout but I had too many distractions, wind and waiting on every shot to appreciate.

Course itself was “ok” (just ok), not a great value for almost $100 per person.

This was the first time playing Rosedale this year.

Of all the courses we’ve played this season, Rosedale was by far the best.

The fairways were excellent, which has not been the case at some other area courses .

Rosedale offers an excellent pro shop, staff, and clubhouse. The course, built through the development plays long and tight. Good fairway grass, fluffy bunker sand, and smooth greens make for a challenging experience. Water, weeds, and woods await wayward shots...be prepared for lost balls and a high score if you hit shoots crooked.

Absolutely great layout and well maintained. We had a wonderful round of interesting golf. Very friendly and helpful staff....had dinner after the round in the clubhouse and the food was just right. I would recommend this course in a heartbeat!

Really liked the course. The fairways are a little thin. Greens in good shape. Pretty course!
