About
The 18-hole Diamondback Golf Course (previously known as Diamond Back at Woodland Valley Country Club) in Loris, SC is a Sunday Ultra Dwarf Bermuda golf course that opened in 1999. Golfer Reviews
No gators
There were plenty of hazards, but no gators. Course was in excellent condition. It was very tight with lots of water hazards. I'm a hack, but I went through at least 15 balls
Great shape!
The course was in great condition. Fairways and greens were great! Take some bug spray with you , the bugs weren’t terrible just a little annoying. Great place to play!
Great Day to Play
Course was in great shape, weather was perfect, staff is friendly, glad to be there.
A hidden gem
Although it’s a 20 minute drive from north Myrtle Beach, it’s well worth the time. Course is in good condition and staff was very helpful. Pricing is excellent and I’m glad to recommend playing this course.
worth the drive
Nice course worth the $30 we paid. The greens where a little slow but in good shape. Would make the 30 minute drive again for a hot deal.
kc guys
good warm up course for the money and the greens were a little slow but true
Excellent Valur
This certainly would be considered a hidden gem. Several interesting hole layouts. Premium on putting the ball in play and in the right location. A couple of holes with forced long carries. Greens relatively fast. Fairways in good shape overall. Worth the 40 minute drive!
Took 5 1/2 hrs to play.Waited on every hole to tee off.No
marshall.No beer card.Had 8 15 tee off.Played 1st hole
at 8 40.

Good bang for the buck.
Nice mid level golf course. Great value for $32. Fairways and greens in good shape but if you're off the fairway good lies are hard to come by. You definitely have to think your way around the course and driver is not always your first choice off the tee.
Definitely will be back this month before heading home to Canada.

Diamond-we’ll be back!
Staff and course was top notch. The only negative we experienced was the pace of play, had a three some in front of us and we had to wait at every tee box for a minimum 5-7 minutes just for them to hit the 2nd shots.
Wonderful Day Out
Pace of play was slow on the front but moved right out on the back. The course was in very good condition. Sand traps a little inconsistent. Would recommend playing here anytime.
Good course for value
Wife and I played, condition of course was in excellent shape. Only issue I had slow play in front of us no. No ranger on site to speed up play
Hello, Maurice. Thank you for taking the time to review Diamondback Golf Course. We are sorry to see that your overall experience was anything short of 5 stars and you thought the greens were rolling a bit slow, but we hope you'll give us another try in the near future.
