Awesome course
Greens were aerated and sanded . No one fixes their ball marks and some of them were a mess. Other than that course was excellent. Going home back to Canada
Great course to play
First time playing this course I was so pleased that I chose to play it. It was tough but fair as long as you hit the ball straight. After the first 3 holes I was -1. Fairways were excellent and the greens were great. Would like to play again
Enjoyable round!
Course conditions really good. Greens excellent and fast. Challenging but fair. Would highly recommend! Worth the drive!
Dump of a course and very slow play
I'll admit I am used to playing premium courses. This place was listed as four stars on golfnow.com. It was a total dump. Greens were crap, staff was indifferent, felt like I was Walmart. Made the turn and there were four, foursomes stacked up on #10. Two of the foursomes were +70 year old women who were walking. Needless to say the idea of taking 3 plus hours for 9 holes on a crap course was enough for us to pack up and leave and just eat the last 9.
Slow,slow,slow
No Marshall, 5 hours and 20 minutes, too much
for me.Last time I play there
Course in good condition for time of year greens are fast staff very good friendly helpful all around a great day
Not for Beginners
This is a course for people with experience and know how to hit a golf ball otherwise you will slow the pace of play.
Why weren't there any ball washer anywhere???
To speed up play the course needs to have besides a post at the 150 yard mark ,a post at the hundred not a red disc no one can find.
Course handled the frost delay very well. Conrats.
One of my favorites
Love the layout of this course. This year they over seeded so the course is in really good shape considering the cold weather. They had a 90 minute frost delay in the AM but we teed off only about 30 minutes late in the PM. The course suffers from being further out on route 9 but given the rates we think it's well worth the trip. Got paired up with people and had a great time.
Nice Course
Played with my wife. Overall nice layout with a variety of holes. Well worth the money.
Really busy when we played so it was a little slow.
Worth the drive.
My cousin Bob and l played the course as a warm up for the MB March Championship. It was windy and cool but the course offers some shelter by winding through a wooded marsh. The clubhouse is basic but has food and a bar. Course conditions were surprisingly good for this early in the season. The design is competent and interesting. There aren't many houses on the course but the development is growing. Given the fact this course is so far off the beaten path, that could be a bad thing or a good thing. Only time will tell. In the meantime, take advantage of the great Golfnow rates. The course is worth it.
Great Value
Great course - excellent value. Pace of play good.
WINDY BUT WONDERFUL
Love this course. It's in excellent condition for this time of the year. Where many courses in the area are still struggling with condition of fairways and greens, Diamondback is excellent. They have grass on the fairways and on the greens. You can actually putt on the greens and not feel like it's a guess as to where the ball is going. Also the staff is excellent. Very friendly. I highly recommend this course - great value for the money.
Great course
Played right after a hard downpour. First couple of holes were wet but the course drained and dried very quickly. Course was in great shape, and the greens were rolling true. Staff is very friendly. Played entire 18 holes on 3hrs!!
Pretty good track
For the time of year this course was in pretty good condition. Some bunkers were being re-done. Will play this one again.
