Diamondback 6/10/24
Very enjoyable course. Excellent condition. The course requires you to work the ball both ways off the tee. Distance control to some of the doglegs is key.. Greens were smooth and true. Definitely worth a return visit.
Course overall
What a fantastic find and my first time playing this course. The course was in fantastic shape and the greens were super fast but fair. The staff was friendly very accommodating and overall what a positive experience my first time playing here. Will definitely be back and look forward to the next round.
Gem
Took a ride to the country and was rewarded with a beautiful Golf Course. From the tee to green everything was in great shape. The staff and on course working crew were friendly and respectful.
Great course
This course was a great start to my vacation, the check in easy and knowledgeable, the starter incredible with the knowledge of the course. , reasonably priced food and drink. Many challenges for young and old. Would recommend this course to anyone!
Diamondback
Always enjoy playing the course. Unfortunately we and other groups waited over 20 minutes to get a cart. This caused the course to backup.
Diamondback Golf Course
The course always provides a for an enjoyable golf experience. We waited over 20 minutes for the cart person. The delay caused 3 groups to tee off in close rotation. It didn’t make for a good experience
Tough Course
Great layout that will challenge you to hit straight shots. Fair but demanding. Water and sand everywhere with some blind shots. Play the right tees for your ability.
Gem in the Woods
Diamond Back is a great layout and normally good condition golf course. Unfortunately we played when the course was wet with cart path only on an extremely hot and humid day. Since inland can have much more rain than the coast advise to call before playing, in case the course is wet. You won't want to play cart path only there. Would love to play the course when it is dry - a real gem in the Woods.
Great day on the course
We play Diamondback each time we're in town and love the layout and the relative value. The course was in very good condition, we were paired with a couple from Montreal and had a terrific afternoon.
It will Bite you.
Tricky tour. What seems easy is a bad bounce from well hidden water and natural areas.. Look at the scorecard.
Entry shot club selection is imperative. A great golf challenge. Domed greens make this course a short gamers dream.
It plays various lengths, but don't bite off too much. Play shorter and learn the nuances (there are a few) if the course.
Patrick is a friendly Guy and will do you right.
Good test
Course is challenging. Many well placed traps, numerous water hazards and tree lined fairways. It lived up to it's 139 slope rating for the Rattlesnake tees which are just over 6000 yds. Greens recently dressed with sand, but rolled very well. Good speed also.
Vacation Golf
This was second time playing this course.
We chose it because of the price. Club was busy that day so we were paired with another couple from Canada who were so friendly and pretty good golfers! We had to wait at times for the foursome ahead of us but overall we played within the time limit. Enjoyed this course.
