Good for the price
Great practice area. Boring holes. Grass was ok in fairway. For the money it was good. Pace of play ok at 4:15 hrs.

Over priced
This course is over priced as are most of the courses in the Phoenix area. It is getting hard to play because of the cost. I can play a course like this one in the same condition in Florida for half the price. What's going on here.

The Duke at El Dorado
First time playing this course and it was awesome. We teed off at 7:40 AM and it was chilly, but finished in Polo short sleeves. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also very informative. Tees, Fairways and greens all in great shape. Easy to recover from errant tee shots. Bonus for starting early was no one in front holding us up, and no one pushing us. It was like we had the course to ourselves.
We had lunch at the course, club sandwich was huge and delicious.
Definitely a play again.

Fun time
Course in fairly good shape. Do not understand the flowing water across several cart paths. (Need to correct) Fairways and greens are hard and fast. Several holes almost impossible to two putts due to the quickness and slope of the green positions. In better shape than when we played the course last year. Good job!

Not a good time
Golfed there February 12th, fairways were very spotty with large areas that were filled with sand, greens were bumpy and did not roll well. there was a twosome and a foursome in front of us, after the first hole they joined up into one group. We called for the ranger to address the situation, he came out pretty quick and talked to them, but they did not breakup. He gave us no explanation. and they played together the entire round. we waited on every shot, which made for a very long and aggravating round. Would not recommend this course.
