Legacy Golf Club sits on 28 acres of Dwight B. Heard's turn-of-the-20th-century ranch, home to 1902 silos that decorate the 18th fairway - once the tallest manmade things in Maricopa County. More history is on the first tee, in the Sierra Vista House which counts among its early-1900s visitors Theodore Roosevelt and Pancho Villa.

Gary Panks designed the golf course at the Legacy Golf Club, giving it lush fairways, strategic hazards and manicured greens to test all golfers. Native flora grows from the landscape, and the club's elevation offers a vista of Camelback Mountain, Squaw Peak and the skyline of Phoenix.

Legacy is solid all the way around. Great layout, service and course conditions are excellent. The practice facility is one of the best in phoenix and the course is always in great shape all year long.

OK course - conditions were meh

First time at this course. Overall OK. Pace of play was good. The main downside was it appears they just sprayed the blue/green stuff on the course. Which got all over my hands, cart, etc and turned my clothes blue.

Very nice round of golf

Played here a few years ago and liked it. Still do. Greens fast and true. Course in pretty good shape. Staff very friendly. Not having to pay for range balls is a huge plus. I’ll be back for sure.

Greens are really bad

I’ve never seen the greens this bad, $129 for the conditions the course was is unacceptable.

Fantastic shape

Greens fast - but true. Fairways not showing much of any heat stress / still nice to hit off. Bunkers getting a redo this year - but even they played decently.

Will definitely go back.

Great Track

One of my favorite courses to return to in the valley. Course seems to always be in solid shape and rates are reasonable. Greens roll nice. Was also informed theyre starting work to improve the bunkers soon. Win Win
