Old reliable
So happy that this course has hung on considering courses closing all over. The course may not be perfect but if ur not a championship golfer then it’s perfect for you. Great opportunity to work on different aspects of your game
Pleasant Surprise
The course was on better than average condition and will return again to play.
It’s all about the money
Shame shame. Try to squeeze more money out of non regulars. Do not like being forced to ride in a cart with a stranger that after a few holes actually gets angry & throws his clubs. Couldn’t get him to stop at my ball ir pick me up after. Will never play the course again. Sometimes greed can ruin a golf course.
New carts!!
They have new carts and they are great!
Greens were overall pretty good. Some patches still trying to repair. Fairways were long, haven’t been mowed in a while, also the tee boxes are trying to heal.
Drought has been tough.
Would play again for the value.
there was confusion with the tee time with golf now. I was supposed to be 11:00 but when I got there they said it was 11:46. They blamed golf now. First time I had ever had that issue. pace of play was very slow. The groups of ahead of us were all playing multiple shots for some reason. Some kind of outing but it was frustrating playing behind them.
Great Greens
Overall condition was good, but the greens were excellent!! Back nine is very picturesque…
They are working on it
Staff very good, greens mostly good, fairways like tee boxes need water, tee boxes in very poor condition, golf carts poor, but understand new coming soon. Course layout is very very good
Always Fun
Hernando Oaks is always a great course to play.
Great layout with some challenging holes.
Course was a little dry due to the ongoing drought.
Greens were faster than usual.
Did have to wait about 40 minutes for a cart.
They are supposed to get new ones in a couple of weeks.

Great forced to play. Good Pace very clean for. Golf carts need to be upgraded. All of them were ripped seat s some even taped
Good Day
Course was in solid condition. Greens soft, receptive, and in very good condition. Fairways decent. Tee boxes need the most work (white tees). Great value!
Great course
Excellent conditions along with a challenging layout. I play this course often I am never disappointed
Way more bad then good
For the cost, this just isn’t worth it. It’s a decent course but the traps were like cement, some looked like they could’ve had fossils in them. The golf carts were absolute garbage. Brakes were almost non existent and the seats looked like a dog had been chewing on them. Some greens were fine, others were super patchy with sand all over them. I remember one trap on a par 3 didn’t even have a rake and my ball landed in a foot print. Overall unimpressed and would rather go to many of the other courses in the area
