About
Located in the eastern half of Coachella Valley, Trilogy Golf Club at La Quinta (formerly known as "Coral Mountain Golf Club" and "The Golf Club at La Quinta") has a scenic desert landscape that showcases the beauty of southern California. Opened in 2002, the club hosted the PGA Tour LG SKINS from 2003 to 2006, testing the skills of pros like Phil Mickelson, Fred Couples, and Tiger Woods. The golf course is situated at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains, offering scenic views and a hilly terrain that provides interesting undulations in the greens. The rugged desert is accented by lush oases of dramatic water features, which of course serve as challenging hazards. There are also bunkers bordering the fairways and rolling greens. The golf course can be as challenging or as gentle as you like with several tees available, including the SKINS tees, which play at nearly 7,200 yards.

Trilogy is a great course in La Quinta, CA.
Course is in tip top shape, pace of play was 3 1/2 hours!
Nice track
The day was 108 degrees. When we pulled up there was no one to take our clubs or get a golf cart. The pro shop (very nice and helpful) had to track someone down. Asked about ice and water. Told there was ice in the cooler and water was available at the entrance to the clubhouse — except it was empty. Our backup plan was to get water from the beverage cart except that personnel was apparently sent home. At the end of our round—again, no outside personnel so we put our clubs in the car and left the cart sitting at the bag drop.
Great day
Booked last minute and have nothing but good things say. Had a great. Course in great shape. No pressure on play time and still made it around in less than 4hrs. Highly recommend.
Great Course but.....
Have played this course multiple times this season (as staying at the Trilogy residents) - staff always great - course super playable, fun, and pace of play good - only consistent issue is lack of cart service on course - in 10 rounds have never seen cart service more than once per round and during last round (with guests and 100 degree weather) not a single visit.
Trilogy is back
We love this course. Everyone is nice. Decent value. Front nine is very scenic. Course in great condition. We have and will continue to return!
Love this course but need more beverages available
The beverage cart doesn’t come often enough. The water stations don’t have ice. This needs improvement.

Some days are better than others. Course in great shape. Greens smooth and fast. Some very good par 4's,

This course is in fantastic condition. We will definitely be back for another round.
Played four courses this week, this course was the best by far. Friendly staff, fairways and greens in fantastic shape. We’ll be back next year.
