About
Located about an hour from both the Monterey Peninsula and the San Francisco Bay area is Eagle Ridge Golf Club in Gilroy, a city known as the "Garlic Capital of the World" and just east of Santa Cruz. Eagle Ridge's 18 holes of modern-designed championship golf are set amongst the oak forest foothills since it opened in 2000. The golf course features six sets of tee boxes, 92 bunkers, three lakes, seven creeks and also features many multi-tiered greens so it can play as challenging as golfers of any skill level would like. Eagle Ridge Golf Club also features full practice, restaurant and clubhouse facilities.

Beautiful course. Challenging but fair. Greens recently plugged and sanded.
Eagle Ridge GC
Played Monday afternoon. Relex and enjoyed . Not crowded. You can focus on your game . Some holes are tough view is beautiful.

Great course
Overall course is challenging near green and not suitable for beginner players. Not so jammed and I had a lot of fun in play.

Excellent course on every aspects
It is one of best courses in Bay Area. Beautiful scenery, challenging layout/architect and almost perfect course conditions are attractive for players

Best course in South Bay
Course is well maintained and the membership is a good value if you play a lot. The cart girls could come by more often, sometimes only see them once and sometimes not at all.

Challenging but fun course
Eagle Ridge is a fun but challenging course. Some of the greens had a lot of unrepaired golf marks.

Pace of play can be improved
The course is good in every aspect except sometimes you have very slow groups in front of you. No marshals to maintain the pace.
