Eagle Ridge Golf Club

Eagle Ridge is located in a gated community with beautiful million dollar homes surrounding it. However, the course condition does not match. Santa Teresa Golf Course in San Jose is in better shape than this track. The course is difficult enough without bare spots in fairways and a lackluster driving range with no bunker practice or chipping practice area. Again, San Jose's Santa Teresa Golf Course offers more practice amenities and better condition that Eagle Ridge and is on par as far as price for play including golf cart. The fear is that the condition will be improved and then the public will be charged a premium for it being brought back to par.

These 20 and 30 handicap act like if the course isn’t in Augusta national condition it’s a bad course. This is a good course. It is in good condition. The greens roll pure and it’s a good challenge. All these negative reviews are so overrated. These guys have no idea what they’re talking about.

Staff was great. Fairways greens and tee boxes were all below average compared to courses in the area for the same price.

Eagle Ridge has one of the best course layouts in Northern Ca. Very challenging, each hole delivers unique experience. Only fairways 1 & 10 side by side, all others meander solo with some excellent views of mountains. Rarely windy as nestled to hills. The greens have always been high quality and challenging. This course challenges golfers at every level. You will not forget your round at Eagle.

The range balls are in super bad shape every 5th is broken tha mats is bad shape as well holes on it. Very sad the greens are very bad shape as well random knuckle size holes on it and unfortunately nobody take care of they divots. Such a gorgeous golfcourse really sad to see the way where is going this course.

Such a same for this beautiful golf course at the driving range the balls is broken zero quality the mats are all bad shape holes on it and the green is very bad shape as well everywhere is random hols on it you can tell is no maintenance at all......

I wanted to see if Eagle Ridge had improved on the condition of their course since I haven’t played it in over a year. Sadly nothing has changed and I won’t be coming back. The greens are still a mess with fungus and these pockets of holes the size of a tennis ball in them and a lot of the fairways have dirt patches as large as a garage. And don’t get me started on the practice putting green, what a disaster that was. The pace of play was insane. I teed off at 11:30 and finished at 5:15. Got to the fifth hole and there were two groups waiting to tee off. This could be such a nice golf course with a lot of attention paid to grass improvements and green repairs, but sadly that’s Not On The List Of What’s Important. I Won’t Be Back There Until Things Improve,

Overall, really enjoyed playing g this course. It was pretty quiet so the pace of play was quick. Lost a few balls to the slopes on some of the holes and the tall grass, and the water on the back nine was tricky, but just gives us a chance to improve. We will definitely come and play here again.

I play this course all the time, but yesterday the pace of play was 5 hours … which make the round non enjoyable.

Green conditions are bad. Too many dead spots and pot holes.

This course is best for moderate level golfers who enjoy the challenge in variety of hazards and narrow fairways.

It’s a little far from bayarea. But the course is very challenging and interesting. The condition is so so but they have discount often, which makes it worth playing

Just played this course for the last time ever. Absolutely nothing redeemable about this course. Tee boxes were awful, fairways were worse. Greens are a joke, disease everywhere, nobody fixes a ball mark and how slow can they make a green? The cart died on the 8th hole and I had to get rude to shut up the rude guy that showed up to deliver a new one. The worst part is that they don't care a bit. Good riddance Eagle Ridge.
