Old Hickory Golf Club

I really like this course. Absolutely professional staff as is usual with the Raspberry brand. Drink cart was out there and appreciated. Greens have improved quite a bit since I played it 2 years ago with consistent, decent speed for a public course. Tees were beaten up a bit as was the fairways. Bunkers were of varying quality. It would be hard to play the ball down here. Still, it's a great layout and value.

This is a good private course. Conditions were good and the course is offers many diverse holes. I enjoyed this course even if its a little pricey.

This was t first time here and I must say it was very nice. I’m originally from California so the course is very different much tighter than what I was accustomed to. Staff was friendly closer was nice… indefinitely be back.

I imagine its been overplayed or lacking maintenance resources for upkeep. Did not look like the course it once was. Tee boxes need help, rough is full of weeds, greens need some work.

Played course many times over 15 years. Was beautifully maintained for a lot of years. However, over last 4/5 years maintenance seemed almost non-existent. Last fall (2021) it appeared they began putting some effort and money back into play. I think only a reasonable amount of progress can be made over the course of a particular growing season. Hence, my low ratings. It’s a great golf tract. It deserves attention to detail. Please continue your efforts to restore this golf course to where it was in past years. If you do that they will come.

Course conditions were good, better than I expected. Greens putt true to the line. Most greens have multiple tiers and the pin placements were difficult but that made it more fun and challenging. Will come back and play again, now that I know the course layout and green slopes. Would definitely recommend playing.

Course is in terrible condition. Tee boxes are horrible, fairway is terrible, pace of play is terrible, for 97 dollars it’s a rip off.

Unfortunately we had to play the back nine twice, no fault of the course. Doing work on front nine, that time of year. Course needs a little work, but seems like there addressing the issues. Plenty of bunkers on this course, especially around the greens. I thoroughly enjoy this course though.

This course is in bad shape. The tee box and fairway grass is patchy, and the greens are worn. It used to be a nice course, but the maintenance needs a lot of work.

It could be the high heat and lack of rain but the course is in the worst condition that it has ever been. Lots of dirt on the tee boxes and in the fairways. The greens were ok. 9 minutes between tee times is not helpful. Put us right behind a tournament which cases almost a three hour 9. Only played nine due to the speed (lack of) play.
