Revere Golf Club - Concord Course

The entire course was cart paths & rough only which with the very hilly terrain meant a lot of walking. Had I known this before I booked the tee time, I would have selected a different course.

Then at the end of the round just after sunset, they didn't allow carts to go into the parking lot (I've never seen this before) AND then I was instructed to put the cart on one side of the club house when my car was at the back end of the parking lot on the other side of the club house. At 73 years old, it was a long walk at the end of a hot day without the use of carts on the fairways. I was not offered a ride even after I explained where my car was located. Not great service to say the least. Seemed as though the staff were more concerned about making their job easier than taking care of a customer.

We were not told they were over seeding. Pace of play was very slow. Waited at almost every hole.

The course design is excellent but the fact that the course was in overseed condition did not justify the cost.

Greens extremely slow (I guess cos they don’t want them too short currently) and a few fairways in poor shape (esp 18).

Also, perhaps it’s just standard USA/Vegas pricing, but I thought the green fee was extremely high and poor value for money.

On the plus side, the bar, food and staff were all good.

I play this course about 8 times a year, even got married here. This time on the second hole I was advised by the ranger that it was cart path only, which is insane for a full sized course. After the third hole I had already been hit twice by the single behind me, while the course was backed up in front of me, so I quit and left for my own safety. I will not be playing here anytime soon. They had no starter or manager on duty to talk to, so they obviously don’t care about the enjoyment of their players.

The fairways and greens were in ok shape but the bunkers are horrible. They are supposed to be getting new sand in the next week for most of the bunkers and that may help. The pace was also very slow almost 5 hours. The range was also closed for overseeding. If the round was $40 or less these things would be acceptable but at almost $80 for a local this is not.

Unlike the Lexington course, this course had grass in the fairways.

Concord was in exceptional shape. Fairways & greens plush and manicured.

The Concord course is in good shape

It has a variety of challenging golf holes.

The green are fast with some good undulation. The sand traps were disappointing hard sand.

The staff was friendly and helpful

Will definitely return for more golf

Love the fairways - elevated T Box & slants to the middle redeem a number of drives.

Love the design & scenic elevated T’s. Course in excellent condition.

Didn’t see a Marshal until the last hole. Very little grass on the fairways and way too many unfixed ball marks on the greens. An underwhelming experience.
