The Concorde is the newer of the two courses at the Revere Golf Club. Both carry a heavy American Revolution theme, but it's not the gimmicks but the golf that's likely to grab your attention.

The Concorde course highlights the Red Rock Canyon while the Las Vegas prolific design team of Billy Casper and Greg Nash challenge hackers with length. And not just ordinary length, but length with tough twists.

Take the 551-yard, par-5th. A 25-foot rock wall protects the front of the hole once you manage to get close. Get to anxious to launch your ball over the wall and you're likely to send it skirting into one of the seven bunkers at the back of the green.

Forget the American Revolution battles. If the British played this course, they'd probably surrender, too.

Great golf

The course is beautiful and scenic. It is also very hilly and not easy.

Still had a wonderful round even with an unexpected wind storm.

Great Course HORRIBLE service

Here's the skinny. There was a tournament on this day. The course is great. Both courses here are great. I play here every time I visit Vegas. This round on 5/5 was the worst service I've ever had on a course.

issues:

1) no one at bag drop. really not a big deal.

2) no carts available leaving us standing around wondering what to do since there wasn't even a bag drop attendant. I eventually had to become vocally angry to get a cart

3) 45 minutes behind on the tee times.

4) The entire kitchen is closed (couldn't even get hot dogs... IT'S FRIDAY AT NOON!!!)

5) Standing Water on more than one green. (it's 90 Degrees and between 1-3 pm... really guys?!!?)

6) around 50% of the flag sticks did not have Flags on them. Non issue for me, my father however couldn't see them.

7) We saw the cart girl One time on the 9th hole...

I don't usually write poor reviews, but this was pretty exceptionally bad. Get better Revere Club.

Very enjoyable round

We played the Concord course. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Several elevated tee shots. Gotta love that. Difficult course but very interesting. Very well maintained. Greens were not completely healed from a recent punching but pretty close. We'll definitely play this one again.

Great Course, Poor Management

The actual course is great, and an incredible value for the money. The greens were very quick and challenging. We were delayed teeing off about an hour and it took 3 hours to complete the front nine due to overloading. I'd expect to wait unless they change their booking approach.

The course was fun to play.

It has a lot of down hill drives and all the par 3's you're hitting off a cliff to the green. Lots of roll in the fairways and rough because the rough is short and hard. A couple of downhill par 5's we were able to hit driver, 7 iron to reach the green. It was a lot of fun even on a windy day.

You need to hit it straight!

My husband and I really enjoyed playing this course. It is very "woman friendly" and we both liked the layout. Lots of bunkers, but fairly easy to get out of most since some are so flat you can use your putter. Very hilly and lots of narrow fairways so you need to hit straight.

Easier of the two at Revere

Played early on a Thursday morning. Played in 2:55 as a twosome. Great greens, nice layout, forgiving in most places, no real rough, and great views. Grill area has some really amazing views of the strip and Mt. Charleston. Really enjoyed this course, it was the first of six on a recent Vegas trip. Easy/short par5's made it a fun betting course. Definitely recommend to any groups that like to play golf and then hang out together.

Far Too Expensive For Bad Maintenance

Course Design --- poorly conceived ... half the holes are "muni quality" ... then the other half is challenging.

Course Conditions --- disgraceful for a $100 golf course. There are many courses in Vegas at half the price that shows more pride.

Fairways and Tee Boxes not mowed for days ...

... lots of unfilled divots and ballmarks.

Greens --- are designed far too severe for a retirement community. Get ready for lots of 3-putts.

Bottom Line --- Poor Design and Lack of Pride in

Maintenance ... Over-priced.

Great Golf

Being this was the first time I played the course, I was extremely satisfied. Normally when I play a course like this I end up dissatisfied because of either slow play or to many golfers sent out to close together but could not be more ecstatic about the whole experience. I definitely will play it again when I'm back out this way.

Never on Saturday

Great course - very forgiving! Fairways and greens are in good shape but they need to fix many many sprinkler issues! Last but not least the pace of play was poor - when the marshal showed up on the 16th hole I told him that the the group ahead of us was double putting he replied they were only 2 minutes off their time! He further stated that their standard was a 4:30 round!!! Perhaps if they shoot for a 4:00 round they'll make a few more bucks in the bar!

nice course in the desert

enjoyed the course very much, will play it again. scored my first hole in one, person in the pro shop stated they don't give out certificates recognizing a hole in one because between the two courses, they get so many. sorry, but not that common to me, poor customer service

Great course. Terrible service.

A great challenging course, great fairways. Green are hard as a rock. The main compliant is there was absolutely no water on the course. No water in our coolers, no water stations at any tee boxes, saw one drinking fountain and it didn't work. The cart came by once and I'm good with buying a beer or whatever but to have a course in Vegas, and it's 95 degrees that has no shade anywhere with no water is a lawsuit waiting too happen. After 18 I asked the kid at the clubhouse about no water on the course and he told me I should have bought some. That's bad business and rude. Played Sienna the day before, cold water every 3 holes, great friendly people, that's the place I'll play again. Not Revere.

Concord is in great shape

Concord was in great form. Fairways, roughs, and greens were all cut right and played just the way you want. Greens got faster through the day just as expected. Great day on a well taken care of course.

course was great. The up and downs of the course are great. The greens however are way to fast for the regular player. They were as fast as the pro's play on. This slowed the round because of all the extra putts..

They need to slow the greens down.

Above average

Course is in great condition but play was rediculously slow. After playing 2 holes in 45 minutes , we quit. Ranger advised us of the slow play, I can't imagine why the course wasn't keeping play moving.

Very disappointing because I was enjoying the round
