Bear Creek Golf Complex - Cub Course
About
The Bear Creek Golf Complex offers two golf courses, one championship length course and one executive length course, the Cub Course. This sporty course is ideal for beginners and families. Like its sister course, the Bear Course, there are rolling fairways and well-manicured greens that have unique swales and collection areas. The design features five par 4s and the rest are par 3s, all of which vary in length. A round of golf on the Cub Course can be completed in less than three hours. The Bear Creek Golf Complex also boasts several practice facilities including a lighted driving range, two putting greens, and a short game area with a bunker.

Poor process
came in this morning to be told they would be delaying everyone an hour back because of potential frost. No warning prior to showing and no cooperation with the staff on range or even to adjust how much you paid for the tee time since the time price varies by time of day. The weather didn’t just happen, they could have preemptively decided this before but didn’t.
Very accommodating staff, course condition great
The people at Bear Creek do everything then can to make you feel welcome and well cared for. Course conditions on the Cub were great.
Outside service is also outstanding.
Bear Creek - Cub course
Was expecting to play the larger course. This course is short distances. Still fun to play but will make sure we book the larger course next time.
Always in great condition
Perfect day for golf. Weather 78 and sunny Course in very good condition after overseed. Greens were almost perfect.
Staff super friendly and helpful. My wife and I played in under 3 hrs. Should have played 36.
Most mismanaged course in the valley
Got stuck in a frost delay this morning.
They had the range and putting greens closed until 9am. Normally this would be fine but they were sending the men’s club off the bear course starting at 8:30 yet they still had the range closed.
This kind of mismanagement is a common occurance at this course. I’ve seen the range closed at 7am in the summer because they have to go pick up balls. Why wasn’t this done the evening before?
No Cart Girl
Good course for the money but the cart girl drove past us on the cub course without so much as a glance back or even to slow down to see if we wanted anything. Why? Bad day, not worth the tips? Whatever the reason, it was rude and that sticks with you when there are a lot of different places to play. Hope you all have a chat with her. Did it to us on the front and back nine.
Fun short course
The course was in pretty good shape. Tee boxes were good and the greens were in good shape. Fairways were o.k. I just have to learn to stay out of the "rough" which is sand/dirt. I would recommend. Played the red tee's. Able to use my driver on some holes.
