About
Located in the West Valley, Sundance Golf Club offers scenic views of the White Tank Mountains to the north and the Estrella Mountains to the south. Designed by Greg Nash, the golf course is unique in that it flawlessly blends lush green landscaping with Sonoran Desert washes and arroyos. The rolling terrain of this target-style course creates elevation changes that can affect play. Sundance Golf Club's signature hole is the par-3 sixth hole, which requires a precise shot over Sundance Lake to an undulating green that is sloped toward the lake. There are four sets of tee boxes on the golf course for many different options, but the Sundance Golf Club also offers a driving range, chipping area, and putting green.

Sloooowwww
I can't wait for the warm weather back in Illinois so I can STOP being robbed by these over booked desert dumps. Teed off over half an hour late due to "no carts available", were trying to rush to get our round in due to slow play. then the cart dies on 13th hole! Noone available to come and swap it out so the other cart pushed us for 5 holes.
Good Time
This is the second time I've played Sundance. The clubhouse folks were friendly and efficient. The pace of play was great, but we were the second group out so expected that. Conditions were great. Greens got faster as the sun burned off the dew. Enjoyable outing.
Good course
It was a beautiful afternoon for golf. The course was in good condition. We enjoyed meeting our playing partners.
Poor Pace of Play
The driving range was absolutely horrible. No grass and all sand. We started our round 20 minutes late due to a tournament and the pace of play was horrible. It took us 5.10 hours to complete. I had one of our players go home after 9 hours due to pace of play. Would recommend the course but not on the weekend.
Target golf
Difference than your normal sun city course. Lots of breaks in the fairways. Very challenging.
Decent day for golf with good people.
Course was in good shape, pace of play wasn’t the best. Wish the course didn’t double book multiple tee times which made the day almost 6 hours. Good for the courses pocketbook but bad for the golfers actually playing.
Challenging
Over al I'd rate this course a B+, with 1 questionable issue of no restaurant and the real negative was lack of marshaling, we had 2 groups just came up and cut in ahead which causes slow play(Snowbirds)
