Everything was good but you can improve it by having ball cleaners and water to drink. other then that no complaines keep up the good work nice job on all the greens I hope people repair their divots to have the green even better. thanks.

Darkhorse should be on everyone's list as a must play in the Auburn/Grass Valley area. This course demands that your game is on point to score well. The course was in great shape and the greens were quick and smooth.

Course was in very good condition, nice layout. Pace of play was slow, a little over 5 hours. Never saw a marshal Nice practice area with toptracer. No club house or bar/restaurant. Enjoyed the round, just slow. Will definitely play again.

All the money goes into the course. Fantastic layout, very challenging but fair. Fast and tricky greens. Amenities sparse but that doesn’t bother me. Carts have gps.

Dark Horse is one of my favorite semi local courses to hit a few time a year. Bit of a hidden gem to me as it’s a little off the beaten path. About the only reason you’d be in the area where Dark Horse is, is because you’re golfing there, live near there, or know someone who lives in the area. It’s well worth it to play there. Took a coworker there yesterday for his first time and he loved the course and are it is in. He already wants to go play there again.

Always a fun course to play and held up well after significant rain the day before. But due to lack of grounds staffing they defaulted to cart path only (which we were not told at check in). The course held up well to the rain and 80% was drivable without damage but they didn't have the grounds staff to rope off the wet area. Also the lack of amenities is disappointing. Still no clubhouse, no cash in the register for change when checking in, no outside coolers which I know is typical, but no beverage cart and poor selection of overpriced beverages at the cart at the turn which closed early. The course has a ton of potential, but they are cheeping out and I won't be back until they improve things.

The guy working there was not friendly. One of our foursomes was sick. Couldn’t go but still had to pay for four. Lot of fairways couldn’t even drive on and we got stuck multiple times. Wouldn’t go there again.

Pace was terrible putting to many groups to close together need more time between groups 7 mins among hard to work with

Course was in excellent shape. Carts on path to protect the waterlogged holes
