Victoria Hills Golf Club

The course is looking so much better. Most of the greens were excellent and there is now grass on most of the fairways. Still kind of rough in some areas, but overall the best shape I’ve seen in the 3 years I’ve played there.

2nd time playing there. Very well managed course. Fairly priced. One of the nicer courses locally. I only have one critique. I wish they would manacure # 17 a little bit, but still my favorite course locally. The people who work there are amazing.

I'll start by saying I love this course, and they are charging a fair price considering it is summer and the mixed conditions of the course.

This course used to be a regular in rotation for my Friday afternoon group, but the last couple of times we played it was pretty much unplayable from tee to green.

Coming back yesterday 8/22/25 after about a year away we were happy with the improvements that had been made.

The fairways are much better than they were - there are some areas that will probably never grow grass, but the rest of the fairways were good enougjh - a 6 out of 10.

The greens were true but the speed on the back nine didn't match the slow speed on the front. Teed off at 1 pm so it wasn't morning dew drying out.

Lastly , perhaps 7 or 8 of the holes were cart path only, with no warning. I understand they are working hard to restore the course, and if they had warned us when booking or at least upon check in that would have been appreciated.

The hard work being put into the course seems to be paying off! The greens are in nice shape. However, the tee's could use a little more work.

Someone needs to keep an eye on keeping ice in the coolers on the course.

Course is in fair condition and the greens keeper is doing a great job trying to return the course to its original condition. Keep up the good work.

This course has fallen from grace.

I live around the corner and am usually at this facility a few time a week practicing they to prep for Q school, I’ll play it in a pinch but this last round was the final nail in the coffin.

Pace of play was horrible, with a group of six in front of me, each player hitting multiple balls and not caring how much time they were taking. There is no ranger to even attempt to keep things on pace, and the range……. It’s a drainage ditch! Sorry just can’t waist the money here anymore. Hopefully the new groundskeeper, who seems to doing a great job with the course conditions, can help elevate this at one time great facility.

It was not the best experience.... The greens were in terrible condition they were aerated a week or so earlier and we were not informed on the GN site. We had a 10 am tee time and everywhere we went the grounds staff was always around us make noise or doing adjustments on sprinklers! one of the grounds leader was running around telling the workers things and yelled at us to put the rope by the cart path back in place and we did NOT touch or move the rope ... not the best time out !!!

The course was better than I expected but still needs work. It has improved since last year.

I am a tour player and play daily. This has always been an awesome layout, was one of Florida's best courses years ago. Conditions had gotten bad but I Still went because you still get to hit the same shots tee to green. But now the course is coming around and I wa so happy about to see. If you haven't played there in a while, just go and play it. It's unlike most florida courses... Like going to Carolina or something. Trust me well worth the trip.

Greens we're aeriated so not perfect, but still decent. Staff was amazing. Cart paths are mostly covered. Perfect course if you want to brave the heat.
