The Eagles Golf Club - Forest

Very nice to play. The fairways and greens were manicured well. The tee boxes were okay. There were some that were choppy but still in good shape. The layout was great. I’m asking a lot but it would be nice if there were yardage books for both courses.

But having GPS on the carts was nice.

The staff was friendly and thank you for having complimentary water bottles to start out.

Will be definitely coming back to play. Other golf courses need to follow your course

Course maintenance is excellent. We have been playing on greens elsewhere that mostly went from horrible to acceptable. The greens here were in great shape, as were the fairways and tees. Fairways and rough needed to be cut, but that was understandable because of the heavy rain that we have had.

I really enjoy playing here and will be back as long as I can afford it.

The Forest course was in excellent condition.....greens firm and hard...fairways nice and wide.....lots of water but most don't come into play until possibly the 16th ( the island green )…..staff is friendly.....didn't go into the restaurant because of the ongoing virus......enjoyed playing...my partner and I took about 3 hours to play.....course was empty during the afternoon.....

The best conditions at the Eagles I have seen in many years. Great job maintaining the fairways and greens, nearly as nice as TPC. Keep up the great work.

The course is playing well, the greens were recently punched and are not quite fully ready, so they are bumpy. The tee boxes and fairways are in decent shape and of course the layout brings me back. Overall the course was worth the 50min drive.

Recently reopened the forest. Greens a little bumpy but it’s overall in good shape!

The course was in decent shape and the GPS carts are great but the pace of play was very slow. Might need to spread out there tee times a little more

Rain in the morning but not enough to warrant cart restrictions... Overcast and cool day which is great here in Florida! Had a few light sprinkles but no real weather problems and the course played great! Well maintained and not crowded in the least!

Fast and fun round!!!!!

The Eagles always seems to do an excellent job of maintaining their golf courses and provide a great experience. It was windy and an occasional sprinkle but breezy and cool made it a great day to be outside considering the the lack of socializing we are doing to prevent the spread of disease. You know how enjoyable it is when you you wish you could play another 18.

Great course, but when you let kids go out with their parents to play they need to let regular golfers play thru or pick up the pace of play. We played yesterday & we had to wait forever on EVERY SHOT They let the two sum in front of us play thru but my husband & I had to wait a LONG TIME . Thank god they stopped after nine holes!!

Considering Florida is going through an extremely dry dry season, the greens and fairways were in great shape. Some tees needed some work.

The layout is great. Nice balance of hazards. Back 9 is extremely peaceful.

Thoroughly enjoyed the round.

The course was in beautiful shape. Nice to have a gps in the cart. The staff was great and got a putting tip before heading out. Course was in very good shape. Don’t go by the water. Quite a few gators out there

It was a great place to play golf, fairways were perfect, greens couldn't be any better !!!!

My threesome enjoyed our round very much. Forest course has a unique layout. Most fairways are mostly wide and forgiving. The greens are challenging but fair and playable. Lots of water and nature. We saw a family of deer just behind the 12th green. Will be back many more times.

Apparently the coronavirus pandemic dissuaded golfers from going to the Eagles this beautiful Wednesday at the height of tourist season here in Florida. Hardly anyone was there. We teed off when we wanted, didn't wait on anyone and no one was behind us the whole round. We covered the course in 3 1/2 hours. The course was in great condition. The staff brought a caret out to us and methodically wiped it down with disinfectant before loading our clubs. It was a great day.
